Pig-butchering scam

As others have said, while the site seems big in Asia, it is used for scams. Luckily I read some of the messages here before putting myself at risk. I was approached by someone on instagram, now I realise likely a fake person/account called _livi_draws_ who claims to be called Lin Nan, and who said owns a Tmall shop called Hayashiya Small Shop. She started a conversation using social engineering tactics to build a connection, taking to WhatsApp (likely because of its encryption to avoid scam detection on insta), sharing attractive selfies and a lavish lifestyle, then after two weeks started pressuring me to set up a shop, always bringing conversation back to it, claiming it's easy, good way to make money, will be an experience we can share. Looking back it's clear how fake it was, her account mostly follows guys from all over the world, so probably looking for single men who will fall for making a connection and be guilted into it. I am new to insta so wasn't aware of this type of scam, but thankfully my common sense prevailed before I handed over any details or money - looking back it's crazy, remember to ask your friends/family if something seems weird, they will help you see clearly through the lies! Also the Tmall site itself is awful, full of fake items and a terrible user experience. Please beware!!!

Tmall scammers

As many people have written here, they are scammers. They want to extract extra money from you. You will get orders to your store. So that you can't fulfill them without investing. Even if you are waiting for money back from your customers. Then they'll block you from the store. Without the investment to fulfill your orders, they won't unblock you. Without the possibility of a refund. You'll be introduced to a pretty lady from China. Be careful. It's a scam. Too bad I was late to read the feedback. Stay away from Tmall.

I was invited to start my store on this…

I was invited to start my store on this website by a Chinese woman that I have met on Instagram. She did teach me how to do everything and how to put + withdrawal money. So when I sell items, the problem starts: I have to pay for the item and when the customer receive, I will get my money back. So , I was doing good sales, I felt very bad because I was buying and I took too long to see my return. I asked the customer service that I want you stop, close my store and my money back. They said I need to wait one month, but people was buying more. I want to stop that, they said to wait. After one month I did confirm that I can close my store, the customer service said that I have to pay a fee of U$200.00 and I was angry because they decided everything for their benefit and not for us. Smart people and scam 100%. I did read here someone pay that fee and still have no money invested back. I hope they don't bother me after this review. So I just quit. Bad karma for them.

Scam website if your looking to be a…

Scam website if your looking to be a seller. You will need to invest to pay for products for customer orders which you should receive profit and cost as a return in your wallet. But you won't be able to withdraw significant amounts that you have earned or invested. You will be provided with various reasons from customer service stating credit score is low, owed tax money, unauthorised inventory movements etc. They will give you any reason under the sun to decline your request to withdraw. You are required to have a crypto account to transfer tether $ therefore no traceability. 90% in crypto are scams and this is one of them - avoid at all costs. Also be aware there is a woman using dating apps and social media platforms to entice men in to joining. This is Sams.sales

Selfish company. Don't easily trust

This company only thinks of income. The 11.11 promotions this year makes you deposit an amount. If you do not pay the rest on a date (not 11.11) your order will be forfeited and you will not be refunded the deposit. The customer service both of the merchant and Tmall are useless. They do not help. These people are cheaters. They do not consider the customers. They only consider themselves, how they earn, how they sell. There's a special place for these people and a company that takes advantage of the situation. Be careful when you buy in this app. Tmall and Nike (merchant) I hope you get rich by getting our deposit - It's small money for you but big for your clients. There's Karma for both of you.
