SO UNPROFESSIONAL

Worst unprofessional experience I have ever come across. Because the guy that called is assuming he knows everything when he doesn't, not only did he not call me back like he said he would after he talked to my lawyer cuz my lawyer texted me and said that he talked to him, and I explained to this guy that I am in need of emergency funding. But when I tried calling him he ignored my call because it rang once and went to voicemail so that's super cool because I didn't have like $80,000 settlement case so he wanted nothing to do with it.

Jennifer, I’m sorry you feel like you had a bad experience with our company. We very rarely get complaints, so when we do, we take them seriously. But after thoroughly investigating this matter, I’ve got to be honest; I have absolutely no idea what you’re upset about. None.

Let’s break this down a piece at a time:

You said, “The guy that called is assuming he knows everything when he doesn't, not only did he not call me back like he said he would after he talked to my lawyer cuz my lawyer texted me and said that he talked to him”.

First, our underwriter assumed nothing. 100% of the information he used to make his decision came directly from you during your phone call. 100%. You described minimal injuries, a single visit to the ER, and no additional medical treatment since the incident. Not even a follow-up visit to your own physician.

He informed you on that call that your injuries did not qualify for legal funding, so there was no reason for him to say that he would call you back. To be thorough, he also called and spoke to your attorney, which you confirmed, and your attorney reiterated that your injuries were minimal. Your attorney was also informed that your funding request was denied.

Second, you said “when I tried calling him he ignored my call because it rang once and went to voicemail so that's super cool because I didn't have like $80,000 settlement case so he wanted nothing to do with it.”

I’m not sure why you mentioned that you “didn’t have like $80,000 settlement case” because your injuries are what dictate funding approval and amount, and we evaluate each individual case on its merits.

And for absolute clarity, he didn’t ignore your call; the office was closed. What you experienced was our phone system switching you to voicemail so you could leave a message and get a callback.

I found the following timestamps: the underwriter received your funding request on March 10, 2026 at 4:19 pm EST. He called you and your attorney at 5:20 pm EST, and concluded the call with your attorney at 5:44 pm EST. The underwriter's office closed at 6 pm EST. He stayed late to finish up several cases, including yours, and then went home.

The formal notification he emailed you is timestamped “March 10, 2026, 6:41 pm EST”. And less than 4 hours after you got that email, at 10:44 pm EST, with no other contact with our company, you posted this review. Very strange.

But let’s just recap for a second: The underwriter called you one hour after you applied, spoke to you directly on the first attempt, and informed you that your case did not qualify for funding because of the minimal injuries you personally described to him. He also took extra time to call and speak to your attorney, at your request, who also confirmed minimal injuries. And 41 minutes after his office had already closed for the day, he emailed you a formal notification of the decision.

You applied and received a decision within about ONE HOUR...That is stellar processing speed by any measure. You confirmed that the underwriter spoke to both you and your attorney, and you’ve said nothing to even suggest that the underwriter was rude, disrespectful, or unprofessional in any way. In fact, you’ve said nothing to suggest that his conduct was anything less than absolute professionalism, and there was nothing rude or unprofessional in the email he sent you either.

The only thing I can conclude is that you’re mad because your funding request wasn’t approved due to non-qualifying injuries. But how your lack of injuries is anything but a blessing, or how that translates into “Worst unprofessional experience I have ever come across”, I guess I’ll never know.

Anyway, since TriMark and our underwriter clearly did nothing wrong, rude, unprofessional, or inappropriate, we’d sure appreciate it if you’d remove the negative review and hit us back with 5 stars for processing your request in ONE HOUR!
