I have struggled over the past 25 years with knee issues including 3 operations on my left knee to replace the Cruciate Ligaments and 2 others to repair and remove the damaged meniscus. Many of these issues where caused through sports injuries.
At 46 I now have bone on bone osteoarthritis which as a Carpenter causes me a lot of pain and weakness in my legs. Through my research I had heard of the benefits of taking collagen but thought my knee issues were to far gone to make any difference. How wrong I was.
Within 2 weeks of beginning a regular daily dose I could feel the difference. I take a heaped 10mg dose before bed as I prefer my supplements to help me repair and recover while I sleep. This has greatly reduced the pain of movement not just in my knee but also my lower back and Achilles’ tendon in my right leg. I wake up less sore after a days work on the tools and so far have not had any further muscle sprains or strains usually following a week of hard graft.
The product is easy to mix and for me doesn’t have a taste so I simply dilute in cold water. I’m impressed with the service and have mentioned this product and company to the other trades I work alongside. I highly recommend and this will now be part of my routine going forward.

I have been using TLC Collagen Peptides for the last 3 months, i have Arthritis in both my knees and have struggled walking for a while.

I've had hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos syndrome my entire life, but started to have severe pain in the last five years. Over the last few years I've been dependent on orthotic insoles to walk without lower leg pain, so I was hopeful that this collagen could help, but wasn't expecting much. After a couple of months of use I felt as though I could take my insoles out and walk without them, and I haven't used them since. The pain has definitely lessened since I've been using collagen and it's the only variable I've introduced, so I'm in no doubt that this has done me a world of good and I plan to keep using it indefinitely!

I started taking the product 5 months ago. I started taking for my skin as I was noticing wrinkles and I am over the moon with the difference that others have noticed too and commented on how soft my skin looked. I used to not go anywhere without wearing makeup but now I hardly wear any, just a bit of lip stick. I have found that the product has not only helped my skin, hair and nails but also my body and joints. I had a pre existing knee problem as I had fallen off some ladders 2 years ago. This made it difficult to walk very far without it hurting and needing to apply ice after a 10 minute walk but a few months after taking the product I noticed a significant improvement in my knee and felt more flexible in my joints. Now I can run again without it hurting me. I can't recommend this product enough, it's been a life style changer.
