I recently brought a Saree for my mom…

I recently brought a Saree for my mom on this website. The amount was 1099rs. The received product felt like used and was not at all matching with the image they provided on the website. So naturally I returned the product. While returning that there was nothing mentioned about a 100rs refund charge. After I returned the product they sent me a link to only get back 999rs. This is simply scamming the customer. There is nothing mentioned on their website about a 100rs refund charge. On contacting their customer service the guy told me it's refund charge. How will I know if there is a refund charge for returning such a shitty product back. How nice of scamming. Sending irrelevant products to customers and earning 100rs for every return back without any mention
