The item purchased was great but delivery could have been better. Unfortunately I had to return the item as it was too big. Their return service could not have been better. I dropped the item at the post offer Monday morning and the refund was in my bank today

Never refunded
I bought a pair of earrings and a tanzanite ring for my wife. The stone fell out of the ring so we arranged to have a replacement. The replacement arrived and the stone fell out again.
We sent this second ring back and asked for a refund. It never came. A week later I called the company who requested my bank details so they could send me the refund even though they have my original payment details.
The refund never came. I rang today, they said they'll put a note on their system and couldn't get a manager on the phone.
They have their defective product back and my money too.
For such a large company I can't believe how much of a scam this was.
Disgusting.

No faults found. Everything was bang on from price, delivery time and item. Was so easy to use, I also looked at the returns side as was doubtful of the ring size I had ordered but it fitted another finger so didn't, however the returns side looked very simple to do, self explanatory.Will recommend and use again.

the width of these is perfect to have…
the width of these is perfect to have one either side of a loose fitting wider ring (only needed to be that size because of knuckle swelling) to prevent that middle ring from constantly turning round. the slim width is easier to get over the knuckle and so a smaller size which helps to hold the larger ring in place is fine and does not create a bulky feel when used that way.
