We have been working with suppliers to bring our customers essential products and we are being careful to ensure we sell these within our normal low-cost model. However, as demand is very high for certain items the cost that we have to pay has been significantly increased. We assure you we are still trying to bring our customers the best prices on these items.

One of TJC’s founding principles is to do the right things, working with locally based charities who help us donate nutritious meal to children across the UK and India. For every item purchased we donate a meal meaning our customers help us improve the lives of 35,000 children every day. When we have been able to source PPE we have been donating face masks and sanitisers to over 90 organisations from the NHS, care homes and social services.

Great parasol
The parasol is exactly what I wanted and I am very pleased with it.
It was reasonably priced and well packaged. The courier let the seller down by causing a delay to the delivery but having eventually received it, I am delighted with it and if I needed another parasol I would definitely buy it again.

One word. woeful.
The goods came… but not as described! There was no chain with either item, they bore little resemblance to the photos, looked cheap and ugly, and your customer service was appalling. I do not want the only way to resolve an issue to be via WhatsApp. If I could give you zero stars I would. Goods went in the bin, and I have unsubscribed to your irritating deluge of emails. You need to do better than this if you aim to stay relevant in a competitive environment. Reading through your reviews, I am not alone in my frustration.
