Absolutely fantastic service.
Told me an hour wait then, had my ring resized and polished in 25 minutes.

They polished another ring of mine for free as well as making my engagement ring look brand new.

I would recommend them for prompt and friendly service. Will definitely be returning again.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff who were able to inform me about items and advise me on best course of action. Ring alteration done at very reasonable cost and within a few days.

I recently had a new engagement ring designed, by Liam. I dealt with the team in the Widnes store, they are amazing. I had an idea in my mind of what i would have liked, & honestly they listened to everything I said, & together we came up with a design. i received the cad design a couple of weeks later, & I loved it, I gave the go ahead, & within a week I had my brand new ring, Michelle at the shop was brilliant, I rung with a question & she rang me back as promised. If I ever need anything else, I will only come here.

Amazing service always. Been going there years and it’s a family run business that makes you feel part of the family. Went to sort some watches out yesterday. Michelle served me. Every time she serves me she is amazing! Decided to get my ears pierced. She talked me through the procedure and after care. She is so professional, helpful. She’s amazing and an asset to the business. Highly recommend this jewellers. They are honest and prices are great.

I’ve taken a few pieces of my jewellery and watches here to have repaired and I’ve been extremely pleased with the outcome. All the staff are really helpful and knowledgable. I would recommend them 💯

Took my husband's watch on as it had got extremely wet and was steamed up. The watch was "put in the window" today out for which there was no charge. The staff were very pleasant and polite and I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again.

What a truly lovely experience from start to finish. Popped in to have my platinum ring resized and was blown away with the service and same day completion. Ring now looks brand new and Michelle gave me some great advise regarding my question of having another ring redesigned. I’m awful at remembering names but the chap that worked on my ring is extremely talented and I wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future. We don’t have that many shops in Widnes that stand out but this store delivers quality work and outstanding customer service,

Visited this Jewellery shop in Formby Village and Anthony was very helpful. He gave me good advice about repairing my bracelet which allowed me to consider my options. He also fixed the back of my watch free of charge. This is a very friendly and helpful jewellers. I will definitely return to look and purchase some jewellery in the future.
