Absolutely awful insurance company
Absolutely awful insurance company. Requesting a simple COI takes DAYSSSSSSS to receive. Half the time the reps can't even find your business ... The very business that they're supposed to be providing insurance coverage for. Need an additional insured verbiage added? Good luck!
Paid for a simple umbrella insurance policy in full for a year. The experience is abysmal.
I've literally lost out on work waiting on COIs to be created.
Would highly recommend to avoid this nightmare.
This company or whatever you want to…
This company or whatever you want to call it is a WASTE of time. Trying to get a quote from them regarding general liability insurance for a small business I swear you would think you're trying to a kidney. I have been transferred 8 times, asked 200 questions and still not a quote. Then will tell u someone will call u back. Guess what? When they call u back, the same questions and transfer again. Just forget. Waste of time
Tivly agents passed me around 5 times…
Tivly agents passed me around 5 times and asked me the same questions 5 separate times. In the end they offered me no quotes since it appears they only know how to transfer phone in house to another Tivly customer service. Not one. Was like entering an insane asylum. I cannot believe they are even a business.
If I could give zero stars
If I could give zero stars, I would. You can't speak to an agent. There is no direct number to speak with someone about the quote and if you call the 800#, you have to give all your business information again and every time you call, you have to go through that process over and over again. I gave up! What a horrible, time-wasting experience.
I called Commercial lnsurance Center…
I called Commercial lnsurance Center and answer questions, they send me too Tivly for more interrogation, they send me to a website for Next where I am supposed to fill out the same questions I already answered and more. I quit this. This is a data mining operation. Stay away.
Awful experience...got me nowhere.
Awful experience. After spending 30 minutes with Nathan, a Tivly CSR, he matches us with Next Insurance company. Nathan sends me a link to a Next online application. I fill out the app, and Next says that they are not a market for our class of business, and recommends I talk with Tivly! Then I find out that there is no way to contact Nathan, the original CSR that that took my information. Complete waste of time and effort. Avoid.
False company, they sell your info.
False company, they take your info and sell it! DO NOT USE!!!!
Horrible experience
Horrible experience. 4 person called me and didn’t give any answer for my Worker Compensation quote. Scam. Don’t trust them, they don’t tell their intentions. Be aware
Tivly was great in our first…
Tivly was great in our first interaction, but follow-up was a nightmare. I called today to folow-up on a referral and the first individual I spoke with said that that there was no way to look up my account, the second person stated that they would need to call me back after confirming my account (I never got a call), and the last person found my account easily. Three attempts to simply locate my record feels odd at best.
