Scam

I found the Title-app through Facebook. It said it would provide a personalized wardrobe suggestion, a style capsule. $14.49 for the initial subscription and your fees would be deducted from purchases. Ok. I answered all the questions about age, preferences, etc., then I didn't receive suggestions! Instead, I received 2 charges and a follow up asking me to schedule a consultation. It's a total scam. Lot's of other reviews say the same and their customer service emails were a joke. Do. Not. Click.

Buyer Beware - Update

Originally, I was very disappointed with my experience with Title Outfits. I felt I had been tricked into signing up for a service I did not want. And when I originally reached out for assistance in resolving the matter, I received a 'canned' response.

However, since then, they have resolved my issue. Which tells me they do take customer service seriously.

1st capsule was not great

1st capsule was not great. Most items were not available in my size Appreciate customer service rescheduling another. Not sure that each session is taken into consideration to make the whole design style work together. Each session feels a bit like starting over even though the info is previously in the thread. But I am hopeful. Will know more once the next capsule is in.

This application and company is a scam

This application and company is a scam. I purchased and downloaded the application because it looked like it would be a nice way to match outfits and purchase together via Amazon. The packages were way overpriced and so I canceled within an hour of viewing and decided I wouldn’t be using.
I canceled the same day- the third of Jan. They never refunded me. I paid through PayPal and they had changed me one charge of $14.49 and another charge of 29.95. I saw it came out of my bank on the 5th, and I sent an email to their support. They stated since I accepted all the terms and conditions at check out that they cannot refund me. I opened a case with PayPal and PayPal sided with them. Unbelievable. I am going to try with USBank now. Their product and policies are deceptive. If someone cancels the same day they should not be charged. Most apps have a free trial period or at lease would refund something. I clearly did not use the product and the additional fees are hidden and imbedded in the “checkout” which makes it unclear how much you are actually paying. I received nothing and was charged a total of $44.44. This is a scam

⭐️ 1 Star – Frustrating, misleading, and poor customer service

I had a terrible experience with this app. I was charged unauthorized fees, and when I tried to get help, customer service completely refused to resolve the issue.

The app is also not user-friendly at all. You can’t even start receiving the capsule without jumping through hoops—daily tasks are required before you can access anything meaningful. On top of that, you’re forced to meet with a live person, which feels unnecessary and inconvenient, especially when you’re already frustrated.

To make matters worse, customer service was dismissive and unhelpful when I reached out. No accountability, no real support, and no solutions offered.

Overall, this app feels misleading, overly complicated, and not worth the stress. I would not recommend it to anyone.

BUYER BEWARE OF UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES: I am extremely disappointed with TITLE. I was charged $30 for a purchase I never made. When I contacted their customer service to resolve this and request a refund for the UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTION, they refused to help. Be very careful giving this company your payment information, as they do not seem to have honest billing practices

AVOID THIS COMPANY! Soon after I paid $14.95, I discovered that this would be a recurring subscription with more fees. I requested a cancellation, which they reluctantly did. I also requested a refund of the initial $14.95. They said that could not be done, but that I should make an appointment for an "included" consultation. I made an appointment for a consultation, but no one from Title ever contacted me. I again asked for my money back and just received a form response saying that would not be possible. Scam.

SCAM. No cancelation or refund.

This site offers a 14 day trial but will take your $ right away and then refuse to refund it if you decide it’s not for you. I purchased on Jan 10 and then looked through their site which doesn’t give you any information. I realized it was not what they claimed to be and was shocked to see a charge on my card for $100, so I tried to cancel right away and well with in the free trial period. This is the response I got from Alex Black, customer service rep, “I want to inform you that our money-back policy does not cover certain situations. These include personal reasons, such as the product not meeting your expectations, and financial reasons, like unexpected charges from trial conversions or automatic renewals.” WAIT WHAT. First, there was no product, I didn’t buy anything. It’s a scam. Don’t use PayPal because they won’t help either. Stay away.
Also buyer beware, this company is
located in Cyprus not in the USA!
