This company should be avoided at all cost! From not sticking to a contract, unprofessional customer service, pressuring you to sign a contract that is not correct, lost and broken furniture, inability to reach for help, recorded conversations not upheld, to name of few of our experiences with this company.

Do not use this company. All they are is a broker and they subcontract out the actual moving job. We contacted Titan because they were listed on google as one of the top movers. Obviously they paid for that article because they are horrific. They told us apparently what we wanted to hear. We haggled on the price and they agreed to move us for 2000. on May 14, 2026 from PA to Milton, Florida. They claimed they had a truck that was picking up near us to deliver to Eglin Airforce base which is right near our new home. On May 13, 2026 a white box truck showed up at our home. It didn't say anything and a boat load of non English speaking people, men and women kept coming out of the truck. The "Boss" who spoke very broken English said the contract Titan gave us allowed for a pickup window so they were there a day early . Then they looked around and said it would be 4000 even though the contract said 2000. We had already paid over 800 as a deposit. We said no, we want our money back and the man said it was non refundable. My husband was a damn fool for contracting with these people. He was just so tired from packing and his back was killing him that he just wanted it over. After fake negotiations with an imaginary boss the man told us his boss said they can do it for 3000 but no less. My husband actually agree to this and we paid them an additional 700 in cash and 500 was due on delivery. Cash only. That should be the first clue, no money trail. The truck was supposed to deliver our stuff on Sunday, May 17. They were a no call no show. Claimed a truck broke down when we got someone to answer the phone days later. We were in a new state in a new house with nothing. Not a plate not a spoon. Nothing for two weeks. The truck showed up on Wed, May 27. The truck shows up with one person. Eight people loaded it and it shows up with one driver. Some random guy shows up at our home and says he was hired by the driver to help unload a truck. My husband had to help them unload for hours . To make matters worse although I wouldn't have thought it possible, all of our breakable items, packed and wrapped with fragile signs all over them were crushed, smashed and broken. Family heirlooms, you name it. Do not use Titan movers. They will say anything to get your business then hand it over to people who will ruin your life.
