2nd time buying from titan as I lost my mouth guard in Rosslyn Park. And I must say their effortless customer service and perfect quality gum shields are worth the buck. Definitely ordering again.

Very happy with the service and mouth guard from titan.

The quality and fit are very good. A few boil in bowl adjustments to make, but after that literally a perfect fit.

Slight issue with courier, however the staff at titan went out of there way to send me a replacement very quickly.

Overall very happy. Very Good product, very good customer service

The customer service was exceptional during all stages of the process. And once the product arrived it was good quality as advertised.

Had my competition come up and even though I ordered with barely enough time for the 10-day production period + delivery it still arrived just on time and definitely came in handy. A five round Muay Thai war is exactly when I need a protective, reliable mouth guard that is easy to breathe in. 10/10

I ordered the mouth guard with not a lot of time to spare before by next fight, I wasn’t really expecting to get it. Titan was able to supply it in time.
The mouth guard fits perfectly so couldn’t be happier. Actually to talk with my mouth guard in for once and breathing is much easier.

​I'm torn on this review because the initial customer experience was genuinely good. The team was responsive. I had high hopes for the product and the service ​however, the fulfillment and shipping process completely negated the positive start. The delays were frankly unacceptable. The timeline I was given was missed by a significant margin (posted on 2/10/25, received on 6/11/25) and communication about the revised shipping date was poor. This made planning difficult and was incredibly frustrating.
​To top it all off, when the package finally arrived, the condition was shocking. The parcel was torn open on one side, making me extremely nervous about whether the mouthguard itself was secure and sanitary. Thankfully, the product inside seemed okay, but receiving an item in such a damaged and exposed package reflects very poorly on the logistics used.
​While the service team is good, the long delay and the compromised packaging mean I cannot recommend Titan Mouthguards at this time.

Then I found titan. This company provides as easy, simple cost effective solution for fighters at every level. There service is outstanding. Easy to follow instructions and great customer service. Ordered a mouthguard for my son but unfortunately the mould taken did not scan through so I had to contact the company to chase it up. The manager Louis was fantastic, he sent out another kit and went through the process on video call with us. He kindly offered an extra mouthguard for the inconvenience caused. So all in all fantastic customer service would use again.

Unfortunately, my experience with the mouth guards was negative. The quality was poor and photos have been shared.
The price you pay, I expected better quality. Although I was informed that replacements would be sent I have only removed one and I have had to chase.

Ive had plenty of boil fit mouthguard in the past from opro , venum and a few other brands. None of them have allowed me to breathe properly, they would come off easy when fighting. I did 6 medium pace sparring rounds today so a total or 12-15 minutes of boxing sparring and not once did i have an issue with it. Perfect mouthguard. Also if you’re going to get it. I recommend to get the custom fit and get the ultra layer one the one with the 3 layers. If you can afford the top quality go for it because nothings worse than a loose mouthguard in training. When you buy it, The mouthguard will initially feel extremely tight and uncomfortable. It goes away instantly in the first training session as you get use to it. And it does not bend the teeth which was a concern of mine when it arrived. Will be re ordering from here when i need a new mouthguard!

Lovely customer service. Very helpful in investigating a missing mouth guard which had been lost in the post, and reordered it for me, for free of course, while also adding in a complimentary extra mouthguard (will be amazing to have a spare!) as an apology for the inconvenience, even though the post loss wasn't their fault. I bought a custom-fit mouthguard from Titan, and although there were a few issues at first with delays, Louis took the time to sort everything out and get me back on track, which I really appreciated.

The mouthguard itself is excellent quality - fits perfectly, feels comfortable, and seems really durable. I’m really happy with it now, and despite the initial hiccups, I’d definitely recommend Titan for both their products and customer service.
