If I could also post a review with no stars I would.
I would like to add my experience of woeful customer service and a poor product to the list and strongly suggest that you look at other brands of coop door opener before you buy.
My unit stopped working within three weeks and initially the response was prompt and I was given some very basic mechanical checks (which I had already guessed could be causing a problem)
When I insisted that there was a problem with the electrical screen side, the communication stopped. When I contacted again it was like I was talking to a completely different person who had no idea or records of my previous complaints, I can’t believe that the company is that big.
After supplying all my previous issues there was again no response, clearly they want nothing more to do with you having taken your money.
At no point did I ask for a refund, I was just looking for help and a way forward to get my door opener working again.
I would suggest that cheaply sourced components and a poor build quality are to blame for a lack of reliability.

I ordered a new pulley cord for the door opener last week it still hasn't arrived so I am having to leave work early to make sure the chickens are safe from predators I've emailed them but no reply from now on I will be using the eglu brand they are more reliable

My Cube Door Closer was delivered promptly. I followed the installation instructions but noticed the door was open two days later and the batteries completely discharged. Replacement of the batteries and reprogramming resulted in the same thing happening again. Three emails to Titan Incubators asking for advice / support received NO REPLY AT ALL. Will now cancel CC payment and replace the door closer with one from a reputable supplier.

I have 4 of the timer cube openers on various chicken coops and duck houses and they have all been great for the past few years with no problems. Buying another now for my newest coop.

Usually their products are good but this time the item sent was faulty. Contacted customer services 3 times but never got a response. By giving the company time to resolve this I went outside PayPal’s protection deadline so I’ve lost my money.
Avoid using them at all costs! I will from now on

Terrible customer service. My product was faulty on arrival and response from anyone in this company was awful despite me sending many emails with iages and explanations. I was out of pocket and they made no attempt to replace. Don't purchase this door.

The product is still under guarantee. 6 months old. Stopped working. Burnt-out. No offer of a refund or replacement parts after two full sets of requested photographs were sent to Titan illustrating the faulty parts.
ATROCIOUS Customer Service. Slow response taking days (4/5+ days for each contact). I have bought elsewhere; my chickens need to be closed in at night and I can no longer wait for a response from Customer Service. This has continued for almost a month now, and Titan seems reluctant to sort out the problem despite 8 emails and photographs from me. Confidence in Titan products has been lost due to their Customer Service team's lack of response, solution or remedy suggestion. Other cheaper, improved and reliable chicken hut doors, ( from alternative suppliers with a functioning Customer Service Department) are advertised on the Internet.

Bought they're brooder, absolutely amazing. Bought 10 day old chicks and was warned to expect at least to lose 4. All doing great and love thir brooder plate. They're 3 weeks old now and still love to huddle under it. We've even been able to lift it to help them get used to being further away from the heatsource and to account for some of our taller girls and bots. Just ordered an automatic coop door. Looking forward to testing it out

Absolute HORRIBLE customer service!!!! I had my first door opened for 5 years and worked amazing so purchased another but it was defective, when trying to deal with customer service they were in the end very rude !

This company gave me incredibly poor post sales service and it was impossible to engage with the right person to sort my technical difficulty. In the end, I had no option but to buy an alternative product from a competitor. My requests to complain to the CEO went unanswered. They are, frankly, terrible.

Lowest cost opener on the market, good quality and well designed.

I’d prefer if there was an option for a zero star rating. Faulty machine from the outset- How is such a simple device sent out faulty?? Sporadic, unhelpful return emails and no call backs when requested. 3 months later and after opening a case with PayPal I received a refund. Even up to the final hour Titan we’re trying to say it was my fault for not getting in touch (I’d sent 14 emails). Truly awful experience.

Door does not shut and gets stuck half way down, not fit for purpose, contacted company about issue and was ignored, lost chickens due to this, not happy.
