Took over a month to arrive and never received the free pack that came with purchase. Not worth the price.

Great figures but takes way to long to deliver

Best action figure, my kids loved

My 9 year old grandson had me place an order for him with money that he had earned over a span of a few months. He received his toy, but unfortunately it was broken. He immediately went from being ecstatic to heart-broken! :(
I was so happy to chat with Gem in customer service and she was able to resolve our issue! He is currently waiting for a replacement and is back to being happy about his purchase! Thank you, Titan13 for being the type of company that our future consumers can trust.

I love these figures they are so fun to play with

They are quite expensive and have quite a lot of small parts therefore not ideal for younger kids however my boys absolutely love these figures.

Ibought this for my grandson. When he saw it the smile was well worth it. He immediately started to assemble it. It came in a deceit tiome. Now he says he needs a tripod to hold his cell phone so he can make videos with them. He has 3 grandmas and when asked what he wanted for his birthday he sent each of us a link with a different character he wanted. He was smart enough to send 3 different characters to each of of us. We had no idea until we showed up for his party.

My son was so excited to receive his. Unfortunately when putting the hand on it snapped off and is not fixable.

Very satisfied with my purchase, the figures are very good quality and can be posed in many different ways allowing for fun photoshoots or having it as a decoration to your room.

I wish I could leave a positive review, but I ordered two Titan 13 characters more than three weeks ago and still haven't received them, and I haven't received a reply to my email asking what's going on. So, I can't say I've been impressed so far, hoping to get a compensation for that bad customer experience!!!

Toys are great, my son loves them. But shipping is taking way too long, going on a month for the last order. And the pricing is pretty high imo. But it makes the kid happy.

Love these figures. I’m into 3d printing and love that I can buy these figures when I don’t have access to the files! Definitely worth buying!

Really amazing figures! I have so much fun using them. Im trying to get more figures because I only have one right now.
