Work in agriculture, rings are still going strong despite constant wear for months
Love the titanium jewelled rings I received. Slight hiccup with one ring as wrong item sent initially, but was rectified swiftly and paid postage label sent to return incorrect item. Swift communication. I wear my rings all the time, I literally never take them off. I work in agriculture. The rings despite being put through their paces still look as good when I first bought them. Haven’t had any allergies to the rings. Would definitely use this company again!

Expected better from a large company
Product didn’t arrive first time (issue with Royal Mail) and after 8 emails and myself asking for escalation and proof issue was being investigated the item was eventually re sent. While the issue was solved it was a lot of back and forth and I was repeatedly told there was nothing they could do and the case was going to be closed - sorry that wasn’t the resolution I wanted! No I don’t think people do want to pay for an item they don’t receive. Although all sorted in the end not the best experience overall if I’m being honest.

The earrings I ordered are exactly as described. I barely take them off and nothing has happened to them. They are nice and nothing happens to them after a few months of use.

So small
The earrings were deceptively small and I notice there wasn’t any photos of models wearing them. I am going to give them to my 10 year old granddaughter they are so small. Also I have found the closing on all my Tish Lyon earrings is difficult as they often don’t line up. Will not be buying any more

Very disappointing
Although the product arrived quickly with no hassle the nose stud itself is the reason for only 2 stars although I was wavering between 1 and 2. The single stone stud is so small it’s impossible to put in. Both studs purchased have posts so small they simply will not go in and I have never struggled to put a stud in at all.
Due to the way the item was packaged and the companies return policy …. You can’t see the posts of the studs until you have opened the sealed packaging …… I am unable to send the product back so I have wasted £70 on unusable unless I was a tiny baby.
In future I suggest you put proper measurements and more accurate pictures on your website. Sorry but you will get no further custom from me.

Lovely piercing but difficult to put on
Lovely piercing , well packed, arrived quickly however very difficult to put on. It's impossible to place it without somebody's help or the tool. The back ball is so small you can hardly hold it...

Beautiful product. Fantastic service.
First of all a beautifully laid out website, easy to navigate and when I emailed to ask questions I got a response the next day. Excellent service.
The earrings arrived as expected and my daughter loves them.
My only issue has been- the ball screw fitting in one came loose and fell out and is sadly now lost. I will need to wait for another visitor from the UK to get a new pair out here to Barbados.
On that note , it would be great if you supplied screw fittings separately to the earrings posts. I could then buy a few in the event that they come loose repeatedly.
I am happy I found you as my go to titanium earring supplier!
