Can anybody give me some information how i can recover the $200 i invested in this site tirlu.com because i cannot withdraw the money from PayPal for the reason that PayPal Permanently limit my account and thus i can no longer use it and at the same time PayPal is holding my funds amounting to $210 for 180 days.

Why my funds from tirlu is still on hold in my PayPal acct. Old help

Tirlu is legit. But the longer you use it the more riskier it becomes for your money that will end up your paypal account permanently banned. And you’ll need to wait for 180 days before you can withdraw your money. You can use tirlu a month, 2 or 3 but for a long time or a year maybe it’s not a good idea.

Tirlu. is a big scam. They know the paypal policy but they continued to work with paypal. I had just sent an email to Nathan of Tirlu asking to send the exchange payment to coins.ph wallet address but they said they only work with paypal despite the fact that paypal is very strict in handling crypto currencies transactions. I am also the victim of Tirlu.

Don't ever try this website. Yes it is paying at first. Paypal will hold your money and will temporary limit your account. It is because of their security. Then you can resolve this by sending ID and other document. After you resolve this and transact again with tirlu, somewhere in your future transaction you will get a dispute/refund case. This Manager Nathan will email you that you solve this case in favor of the buyer, not you. Yes they will cover the fee afterwards. Pretty good right? BUT HEY, because of this Paypal will mark your account with red flag. and then you will receive an email saying your account is PERMANENTLY LIMITED. There's nothing you can do about it. your paypal money will be held for 180days. and there's a bigger problem you will face. One by one TIRLU's PAYPAL EMAIL ACCOUNT THAT SENDS YOU MONEY WILL FILE A REFUND CASE TO THEIR CREDIT CARD PROVIDER, THEN PAYPAL WILL AUTO REFUND THIS. YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE DEBITED UNTIL IT BECOMES ZERO OR NEGATIVE. BE AWARE OF THIS IS HOW TIRLU WORKS AND MAKE MONEY.

I have already made 3 successful transactions with them. The only downside is on PayPal's policy. If PayPal deems you are a new seller, it would hold your money. You have to complete 4 steps stated in their Resolution Center. I'm about to complete the last step. Going back to Tirlu, the process is pretty simple. Just follow the steps and always keep your Payment ID, so that you can check your transaction from time to time. Before, they completed a transaction within 24hrs. But now, they are going faster by maximum of 8hrs. Just hoping they will continue as is and not turn into scam just like others do.

I made 2 successful transactions with tirlu. But on my 3rd and 4th transactions the amount which was supposed to be paid were not deposited on my paypal and still in process as per checking on their website. Those transactions were made last Nov. 30 and December 1. I emailed them and they said that my paypal account was flooded and so I was requested to send another account. But until now i havent received my payment even though I provided new paypal account and even after several follow up. It took me a while to write this review since I was still hoping they will act on this matter. Just keeping everyone aware that things like this happen. I hope tirlu will reply on my emails to fix this problem.

They are 100% LEGIT!

First, before trading in Tirlu make sure that your Paypal account is clean and aged. Most of the problem is Paypal is the one that holds your money.. while Tirlu is Honestly paying you. Second, I encountered the "Refund" thing in Paypal. Someone open a case and asking for a refund becoz of product/service issues. Together with this.. Tirlu sent me an email as well and humbly ask me to send the full refund so that the case will be closed and when its done Tirlu ask me to send a screenshot of full refund and a proof from paypal that case is closed. They promised me to cover the money that I sent from that guy and at the same day.. Tirlu paid me back in exact amount. It only shows that Tirlu.com is Legit.

Another thing, they are the one who covers the paypal fees every time they send you money. While sometimes.. they are not sending the exact amount..like for ex. You supposed to get 24 usd but they only send you 23 usd. But in your next transaction, whatever amount is missing from the last payment.. they will send extra usd on your current/latest payment to cover their balance. Thats how good they are. :)

Ps: if you want to sell Btc in Tirlu.. I suggest dont use Coins.ph coz their fees are exaggerated. Try buying bitcoins in Paxful, LocalBitcoin or Crypto.com. That's all and Thank you. xD

tirlu is using the paypal in illegal way. i just received an email from paypal that this tirlu is file a refund case because they (tirlu) said they never received the item, then they force you to refund the item, also your paypal account will be limited because of the issue. i advice to everyone, if you want to protect your paypal reputation and preventing from limitation and soon to be banned, please don't try to sell bitcoin to tirlu.com. PayPal is very strict in currency exchanges. please note it i'am experienced this. my paypal account was permanently closed and banned. again please protect your paypal account. tirlu was fully aware in paypal policy and they use this policy for you to forced refund their payment to you.

Is there any limit amount for exchanging BTC to Tirlu in a day?

I want to start with this platform.. can anyone tell me if this is legit or scam?

This setup is similar to xcoins.io, once you made a transaction with them, their employees will initiate a chargeback or file a claim that the products has not been received then Paypal will hold your funds and whichever wins your Paypal account will be at risk of permanently limited. They (Tirlu) will also notify Paypal that you're transacting with bitcoin which is a big NO on Paypal.

Me too I'm agree with Timoti Review. Tirlu is paying.. The only problem is the rule and policy of Paypal..Specially in new paypal accounts I've tried Tirlu for small amount just to tried.. and less than 24 hour my payment sent to my paypal.. but paypal need to hold the fund because my account is new. Hope,Tirlu will soon find other way of mode of payment.

I have 3 successful transactions with tirlu but then, after my 3rd transaction, paypal permanently limited my account without any warning, now i have to wait for 180 days to withdraw my funds and my account is permanently banned. i think tirlu is a good source of income but paypal is not allowing this kind of transactions so your paypal account would eventually be banned and you can't withdraw your funds. i know tirlu is fully aware about this issue with paypal but why are they not thinking of other payment methods that would be totally risk free to transact with. so please be careful before risking your money with this site.
