I ordered the tires they were delivered to Pep Boys, who put them on perfectly

The tires were great, the price was great. The delivery was not close to the promised time & I had to buy a temporary used tire while waiting. Realistic delivery times are very important to customers.

The tires came a day early, the ordering process was fast and easy and the selection of tires was amazing. I would buy again and highly recommend to friends and family.

Sent me wrong tires. Contacted customer service. Representative Benj upbruptly ended our chat. He then selected replacement instead of refund without consulting me.
Scammed me. Ordered 600 dollars worth of tires. I received some cheap tires worth less than 300.
Delivery took over a week.
Replacement would be another week.

I've purchased tires before from Tire Easy but now they add a handling fee to ship to home purchases. In my case $35.00. Throughout the site it says Free shipping on orders. Well if you are charging a handling fee then shipping isn't free. You sell tires do you not expect to handle them for shipment? They claim its to package the tires for shipping. What packaging? They just wrap shipping tape around each tire and label them. Done.. Anyone with even a limited mind could handle that very quickly.. Plus the fee only shows up at the very end of the checkout process where it is easy to miss when checking out. I've have bought a lot of tires for my family's cars through Tire Easy but not anymore.. We are talking several thousand dollars worth of tires over the years. Tire Easy you need to just list the price of your tires at the all in price. I have my own trusted installer that does a great job. I don't need the likes of Monroe or Pep Boys installing my tires to save the handling fee. They are awful.
It's simple Tire Easy, if you can't list a competitive tire price compared to other sellers without resorting to hidden fees to lower your advertised price then you will lose customers. Now including me..

I only received 1 of the 2 tires l ordered, and don’t know what happened to the 2nd one. Tire easy says they shipped, but Fed ex can’t give me a delivery date. That was over a week ago.
