Delivery took about a week but tracking the order was precise and the deliver tires were as offered on the website and they run perfectly.

Wrong delivery without wrong acceptance and not answering the phone. I would recommend you not to be fooled by this company's slightly cheaper price and instead buy your goods from a responsible seller.

Okay. this one is a bit hard. Because I've ordered 4 tyres and it was expected to arrive after a week. After 9 days I can see the tyres haven't even been sent out of their warehouse yet.
I was furious when I called them and their support is a bit weird, because ive requested a danish support, but some indian take it and starts to talk english. Bit weird but its okay.
But I'm actually really impressed with how they handled the situation. Because the placed a new ordre for me without any additional charges and express delivery, which came from germany to danmark in less then 24 hour and then i received my 4 new tyres, that's less then 10 days old.
That is freaking impressive and awesome! Ive actually recommend this place if you order in good time

Ordered a tire 19th of May.
On 6th of June, tracking showed still in Germany.
Transport company DPD has lost my parcel and told me to contact tirendo for further help.
After 2 emails to support@tirendo, I still have not gotten an answer....
This is NOT good customer service!

After i’ve placed the oder,next day,i received a mail that my payment was not registered.I’ve contact them and they said that is no issue with payment and the mail it is an mistake.
The other bad think is the delivery period.It taken 1 week to receive my order.
But pass over this two small inconveniences meet,i can recommend Tirendo.The tires that I’ve ordered are from week 38 year 21 and 8 bought them for a good price.So nothing bad to say about this.

Couldnt deliver the promised tires. Then they offered me another set and i paid the difference only to get the notice that they could not deliver those either.

I order four wheels at 6.10. I got email, that my order will be here in 22.10. Was 1.11 and still nothing.
3.11 I wrote to support tirendo e-mail, where is the problem. Then somebody wrote me that is some logistic problem. But, if I still want order this logistic problem is solved.
So will I wait next 30 Days? No thanks.
Never again, today 7.11 i am waiting for my money. I sent three emails. Nobody write me back. The end my story. I will believe, that i get money back.

Now almost ONE MONTH DELAY. Numerous calls with standard answer (rehearsed): "I'm sorry, but we cannot tell you anything else than that your delivery is delayed due to high season". Although, with the variation of: "The tires are sent to the assembly and we are waiting for confirmation", or "The dispatcher(?) is very busy and we are waiting for confirmation".

Big surprise it's high season. I wasn't told, when I ordered, that i should expect any delay other than what's announced on the website.

I've requested a phone number to call and get an estimate - denied!
I've requested an estimate for delivery - denied!
I've requested to talk with a supervisor, CEO anybody. Answer was: I'm the manager, but I still can't give you any information.
I've asked for a actual delivery time for another customer to get an indication whether we are within a month or April 1st? Will not inform me of a typical delay time at the moment.

I'm offered my money back, but in order for me to make that decision, I need FACTS - not B.S.!!

I ordered tires on deakonline, couple of days later I get notice from a company tirendo that I have to give again my card details... this mail ended in spam, since I never ordered at this company!
two days later I get a mail again now from delti..!?
3rd mail 3rd company name obviously . I should pay in advance now. I call the the support and she tells me I ordered on tirendo homepage!? what? I've never been on a page like that. I ordered on deakonline.dk and got a mail from THEM! she insisted I did but then admitted that it is the same company anyways. OK!?
very trustworthy....or my bed not!!! I cancelled my order and went to by in a real shop. 20 dollars more were worth it! not again on this page!

I´m afraid that my money is lost or, in the best case scenario, I'll get my winter tyres AFTER the snow has fallen...

I've ordered 4 winter tyres + sensors (RD 28264478) and the only answer I get from TIRENDO is that, due to being high season, the delivery date is unknown.
If being late is already bad, not knowing when they will be delivered is a lot worse.
A proper customer service should be able to give the customers a date to when they will effectivley get their merchandise.

I will not repeat the experience with Tirendo.
