Potential Scam Shop Elsewhere

Nearly one month after my order, I still have no update from this company. I followed up more than 15 times via email and have left a half dozen messages with “customer service.” The phone number immediately goes to voicemail and I’ve never received a return call. Early in the process I received a handful of dismissive emails saying that the tires would be ready when they were ready. Over the past two weeks, it’s been radio silence.

If not a complete scam, then a poorly operated company. Strongly recommend you do business elsewhere.
