Road hazard warranty is a joke!
Have purchased 2 sets of tires for 2 different vehicles from this company and had a positive experience. The positive experience ended when I tried to use the free road hazard warranty they offer. There is a reason the warranty is free. I emailed back and forth for a week sending pictures and receipts only to be told that I needed to take more pictures of the tire because they didn't believe that the tire couldn't be repaired. I told them exactly what the tire facility (a national chain) explained to me as why they couldn't repair it and that they had already disposed of it. I received another email stating that if I no longer had the tire in my possession that the claim can no longer be processed. Next time I will spend the extra money and buy tires locally.
