Do not use this service, you will not get the tickets, and live chat just will ask your email address - not help you. I just purchased tickets with no access nor help to continue.... Save you money and nerves and get tickets elsewhere. The app is not functioning either. Everything is so poor quality and frustrating.

Make sure of date of visit chosen

I had a terrible experience. The local tour operator (Loving Rome) informed me they were unable to confirm my booking due to a technical error. They explicitly told me in writing that I should get a refund from Tiqets.
However, Tiqets support has been ignoring the evidence and refusing to process my refund for weeks. Even when their chat support finally admitted they "completely agree" with my point, they still haven't issued the refund and keep wasting my time with "further checks."
If you don't want to lose your money when a problem occurs, avoid Tiqets. Their customer protection is non-existent

Shit service. On their website, the calendar has dates preselected that are a MONTH ahead of today. When you’re quickly searching for tickets in fast-selling slots, this is misleading and you can end up buying a ticket for a date you don’t need. Of course, they don’t offer refunds. I’m never buying anything from a service with such terrible support again, good luck suckers

Everytime we visit another country, Tiquets is our favorite app for buying tickets and to have wonderful experience...

My tickets were cancelled for the colosseum with no update provided to me at all. I had to scramble to purchase my tickets a few days before my trip. I also received no refund for the tickets that were cancelled by the merchant

Nice app very fast buying

Tiqets app made it super easy to research, choose events, add options beyond the basic tickets and access the information easily every day. I purchased several sightseeing tours through them and never had any issues with my tickets or entry. Found it to be super reliable and would recommend that everyone use their app.

Easy to book, good customer service and buses were clean, tidy and on time

We had a brilliant trip to Murano and Burano and saw glass blowing artists at work. Our guide Clementina was both knowledgeable and witty. She was both a wealth of local and historic knowledge.

Everything went smootly. Bus connection was efficient, with return time properly communicated.

The website was easy to use (user friendly), worked well, and provided the service that I was looking for, i.e. booking tickets for the Killary Fjord cruise. Also, the digital ticket was easy to store and retrieve.

Purchased the “triangle pass” to see the three Dali sites in one day. It was relatively easy to select times for entry that matched our travel plans.

There are only two stops instead of declared 4 where one can hop on and hop off - the description of the activity, therefore does not match the actuals. The guide offered on the boat does not catch the geolocation, so it’s extremely difficult to follow. The view from the boat is limited and not impressive. It much better to spend the time in the beautiful Rome otherwise.

The App is easy to use, I could easily find the tours I wanted and I received the confirmation of my booking immediately.
I received a discount on my second booking as a reward.
