Amy is the GOAT of mortgages. She has done our mortgages for a very long time and she always has been incredible. She’s easy to talk to, she takes a lot of the stress away and we never have to worry or think about it because we know Amy will do her absolute best to get us an amazing deal. Lisa was amazing. We were given a Section 21 notice 3 days before it was scrapped. We weren't in a good position to buy a house; however, we really loved our house, so we decided to give it a go. We were extremely stressed as one of us hadn't had the best credit score, and we were sure no mortgage would be offered. We were told about Lisa by my friend, and that was the best decision ever! She was very assuring that she'd be able to find us a deal even under such difficult circumstances. I had sleepless nights as I was overthinking, and Lisa was amazing in answering all my questions the next day, as my emails were sent late at night. She did it. Within 10 weeks, we were owners! And we are so grateful! We're definitely asking Lisa to guide us through remortgaging, as I know she will try to find the best possible deal. Thank you again. You helped us so much!

Lisa was incredible throughout. Very personable and clearly had our best interests at heart.
