We had a great experience with Elaine…

We had a great experience with Elaine at TinyLand! Although we weren’t able to get the product in Canada, Elaine was incredibly helpful, professional, and kind throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all our questions and kept us informed every step of the way.

Even though it didn’t work out this time, the customer service was outstanding. We truly appreciate her effort and positive attitude. Thank you, Elaine, for making it such a pleasant experience!

Love the product but... beware.

Love the product, feels very safe in terms of construction and just lovely to look at. I have two issues. 1: your delivery box says 1-10 years old. No way even an 8year old can play on these safely. 2. The pictures in the advertizment show the structures WITHOUT anchors. I cannot put anchors in my floor, yet you have the structure inside a house with no anchors. They are necessary but not practical indoors.

Took a long time to receive

Took a long time to receive. Felt like their website is confusing when they give you a confirmation delivery date. That did not happen and very poor communication.
The products are very cute and seem to be of high quality. Give them 2 months if this is a special gift.

It’s always great when things go well…

It’s always great when things go well with an online order, but sometimes there is “user error.” When I chose the wrong aged Montessori box for my growing granddaughter, Tiny Land customer service was understanding, helpful, and communicated regularly with me to assist in the return. Ivonne was my contact person from the beginning to the full resolution.

I had an issue with an easel that I had…

I had an issue with an easel that I had ordered. One of the trays for the art supplies broke. The customer service I received was outstanding! They provided several options to fix it. They could send me an entire new easel, or they could just send the replacement part and offered me a $20 credit on my purchase. Their responses were quick and communication was very clear. I highly recommend this company. Their products are top notch and their customer service is excellent.

I have the kitchen that has the ice…

I have the kitchen that has the ice maker in the fridge, but lost the ice that came with it. I reached out to customer service and she responded right away with how I could order more. I can’t say enough about how wonderful the customer service is at this company. Not only were they quick to respond graciously, but they ended up giving me a huge discount on my order! My grandchildren LOVE playing with this kitchen, and I will not only recommend Tiny Land to friends, but I will be ordering from them again in the future!

It’s perfect

It’s perfect! My littles LOVES it!!
Tiny Land has been great to work with. When my shipment got lost at the post office, I reached out and asked for assistance. Their response time was within 24hrs, I actually think it was less. They researched the issue quickly and resolved it within 2days by sending a replacement… this time through FedEx. I received it 2days later, opened it immediately because I was super excited. While my daughter was napping, I washed it and reassembled it using the awesome instructions they provided to do so. The quality is fantastic. It’s very sturdy. When she woke up, I gave it to her and she was so excited about it. She has lounged on it like she’s a queen and we should all serve her… it’s so adorable! I will be back to order again when needed.

I accidentally shipped my order to an…

I accidentally shipped my order to an old address out of state. I emailed customer service after I realized my mistake and they were able to update the shipping address for me right away to ensure a seamless delivery. I’m so grateful for their quick response time, so the gift arrives in time for my daughter’s 3rd birthday!

I contacted customer service after…

I contacted customer service after discovering that the hood unit on my son’s play kitchen, which includes the light and fan, was broken when we opened it on Christmas. They responded very quickly, asked for the necessary information, and had a replacement part shipped within 24 hours. Beyond the fast resolution, the team was genuinely kind and sincere throughout the process. Excellent customer service from Tiny Land and Jea.

Really nice train set

Really nice train set.
My kid loves playing with the train and the pieces are good quality. We were missing one wooden track. I contacted the company and they mailed me the missing piece without any charge. It is a great buy and keeps my little one busy!” 🚂😊

Customer service is awesome!…

I placed an order for my granddaughter a month before Christmas. My son got the package right away but never opened it until Christmas Eve. Found out the toy food we had ordered was not there. I emailed Tiny Land and got a response the same day, on a Sunday no less. They made it right! Refunded me $10 and shipped the food within a week or so and she lives the product and the kitchen. Customer service was great!!
