Awful Experience - Don't Bother with Tiny Feet!

I had a really bad experience with Tiny Feet and wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I would rate the 0 stars if I could.

I ordered an Egg2 tandem seat in quartz from them since they were the only ones claiming to have it in stock after Baby Style discontinued it.

A week went by after I placed my order, and I heard nothing, even though they took my money right away. I emailed them and filled out their contact form multiple times, but got no response. Another week passed with no updates. I had to reach out on their Facebook page just to get any kind of reply.

Even then, I had to chase them two more times just to get basic info about my order. Their customer service was terrible, and it was obvious I wasn't going to get my product anytime soon.

In the end, I had to do a PayPal chargeback to get my money back. The whole experience was super frustrating and a huge waste of time. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of Tiny Feet!

Five stars!!

I had an excellent experience with Tiny Feet, especially with their WhatsApp service! The convenience of shopping from home and getting personalized assistance through WhatsApp was fantastic.

The staff was incredibly responsive and knowledgeable, answering all my questions promptly and providing helpful recommendations. They made the shopping process smooth and enjoyable. I appreciated how they took the time to go above and beyond to get my order.

The entire process, from browsing to ordering and delivery, was seamless.

I highly recommend Tiny Feet for their exceptional WhatsApp service. This store has made shopping for my baby a delightful experience!

Great ! I’m in Canada and I wasn’t able to get the doona x because they don’t sell it in Canada ! They were so kind and shipped me right away from london to Canada all that I need with FedEx !! Grateful for all the great help and service!

Top notch customer service and product knowledge

My wife and I first met Shehzad, Tiny Feet’s owner, at the baby show at the Excel. His product knowledge and understanding of our needs really stood out vs the numerous other retailers. We ended up buying our prams and travel sets alongside other products from his shop a few weeks after the show. He was never pushy, very balanced and made us feel like he only had our best interests at heart. Shehzad spent a lot of time talking through everything and demonstrating products in store. After we were happy and placed an order, he went onto the deliver the products to our home for free. We were able to communicate with him via WhatsApp from meeting him at the show to the point of delivery. Our baby has now arrived and we are very happy with the pram and accessories we ended up choosing. We wouldn’t even have known about the products’ existence without Tiny Feet’s help!

We made an order with tiny feet from the Baby Show in March and their team was super informative about the products. They were really responsive with the liaison regarding our delivery and everything was smooth. We had our Ingelsina travel set delivered a few days ago and everything is great and exactly how we saw it from the show!

Cannot fault the service - EXCELLENT

Cannot fault the service. Brought a pram from Tiny Feet at the Baby Show Excel, their knowledge was great and they took the time to talk me through every element - I was at the stand for about an hour!

Everything was easy and hassle free!!

Delivery was great and was delivered whenever needed.

Will definitely be looking to Tiny Feet should I need anything further baby wise.

To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the delivery service and subsequent lack of customer support provided by Tinyfeet, to an order I recently placed through your website.

I placed an order for the Baby Art My First Year Print Frame from your website, tinyfeetonline However, upon delivery, I was appalled to find that the package had been carelessly left outside by the delivery driver, despite the inclement weather conditions. As a result, the parcel was exposed to rain, causing significant damage to its contents.

Understandably frustrated by this negligence, I immediately attempted to contact Tinyfeet to address the issue and seek resolution. However, to my dismay, I received absolutely no response whatsoever from your customer service team. My concerns have been met with utter silence.

This complete lack of after-sale customer service is not only unprofessional but also reflects poorly on the integrity and reliability of your company. As a customer who entrusted Tinyfeet with my order, I am deeply disappointed by the disregard for my concerns and the absence of any effort to rectify the situation.

Furthermore, I must highlight another concerning aspect of my interaction with Tinyfeet: the absence of any notification email confirming receipt of my messages submitted through your website's contact form. This lack of acknowledgment raises doubts about the transparency and reliability of your communication channels, further contributing to the overall impression of a disreputable and untrustworthy company.

In light of these unacceptable experiences, I cannot in good conscience recommend Tinyfeet to any parents or grandparents seeking to make purchases for their little ones. The combination of poor delivery practices, nonexistent customer support, and dubious communication procedures has left me deeply dissatisfied and disillusioned with your company.

I expect a prompt response and a satisfactory resolution to this matter. Otherwise, I will have no choice but to escalate my complaint through relevant consumer advocacy channels and pursue alternative avenues for recourse.

Great hidden baby world gem

Great hidden gem having everything you'd need for your little one! I first came across Tiny feet when I was looking for a travel pram.

Sam was very knowledge about the different products on the market, whether he had them in stock or not and would go above and beyond to source things that we needed timely.

As our little one is growing and his needs are changing, I reach out to Sam for our next needs as I know he'd give us honest, trusted advice tailored to our needs

What can I say…

What can I say…. Saturday night New Year’s Eve my daughter’s stroller stopped working and we had an early flight. I tried everything out there to get a stroller for my toddles and yet no luck. I tried calling tiny feet 8am Sunday knowing no one will answer but I what a surprise I received a messages asking me how can we help…. And they made miracles. I was able to pick up a beautiful joolz stroller for my daughter in the morning b4 my flight not during their opening hours and they made me a discount instead of making advantage of the satiation. Plus the owner was welling to make an hour road trip to meet me at the shop but his lovely dad saved the day. May gods bless you with a wonderful year. 🌹

Avoid ordering online!!

Made an order on their website on 15th Dec, received no email confirmations.

A week later still no confirmation. Sent several emails to customer service with zero response.

Managed to get through on the phone and was told to text/WhatsApp. No response for a day so called again.

Was then told the online warehouse don't have stock of the product and don't stock it anymore! Even though it's still listed on their website.

Gave up and PayPal processed the refund. Very poor service!

Note all positive reviews are for the physical shop, don't order online!
