I had gotten a pair of boots that had a defect inside by the toe that gave me a sore from rubbing. I contacted them and said I can send them back but would have to pay up to 15 dollars for shipping. Or I can keep them and get a 20% discount on a different pair of shoes. Would not get full refund.
Will never buy from them again

I ordered 3 different colored wedges. I only received 1 color. I can't getting anyone to respond.

I was worried shoes would not arrive as there was no tracking provided. The shoes did arrive late and they are as pictured but they were not boxed…just sent in a plastic bag for shipping purposes. When I tried them on they were extremely comfortable. Overall I guess I am satisfied because I received my order as pictured, undamaged and yes I will order again

I ordered three pairs of shoes, and they were awful. They don’t fit correctly, when you put your feet in, it’s very painful, they have a awful smell to them, they look ugly, they don’t fit correctly, and lastly, they don’t look good. They are cheaply made, and I am in the process of returning them.

I don’t think this is a real company. They never responded. Never received my item.

I’ve bought from Tinstree before and was satisfied. I did think their shoes were overpriced for the quality but I purchased summer shoes. I thought I would give them another chance and got 2 pairs of boots, one which was a Christmas gift. Took 3 weeks to get here and was $90. They don’t like like the picture and are at least a size too big. I reached out to return them twice but no one will respond. I’m reporting them to the Better Business Bureau for all that might do.

the pictures of the shoes on the website LOOKS ABSOLUTLEY NOTHING LIKE WHAT YOU WILL BE RECIEVING IN THE MAIL totally different shoe in fact. so mad that these were ordered as christmas gifts too. ALSO sizing is inaccurate size down if you do actually decide to get knock offs of what their posting.

Scam fraudulent company. Poor quality knock offs that when you ask for return they tell you to just regift them

Had the same experience as the many negative reviews posted here. Poor quality, they sent the wrong size and wouldn’t exchange, etc. Unfortunately there is no way to know this in advance because the company publishes reviews only 4 stars or greater.

The shoes on their website look really nice and the prices are even better...DON'T FALL FOR IT! I ordered two pairs of ankle booties that seemed SO cute...well, they weren't. Not only took it about two months to receive them, the look and quality of the actual item(s) are just awful. Cheap material, of which I'm certain it's not leather, as advertised. I don't know how these "vendors" can legally get away with this kind of scam!?! The only solution are we, the consumers. Be very aware of websites like this and do your research before buying. If it looks too good/cheap to be true, it is!

Interesting to see all the bad reviews. I bought some boots after seeing them on an Instagram stylist I follow. They came straight from China in about 10-12 days and they are cute and fit perfect. Are they Uggs? No. But they are crazy cute and good quality for $30.

You have 45 days to return, which they dont give you the return address till its almost to late. Took 4 request & a grumpy message to get the return address. Then once they receive your shoes back never credit your account. $186.18 gone!

Tinstree is horrible. They say free returns but it’s not true. I bought a pair of sandals which were not sized properly. The quality looked like it came from Walmart. I asked for return instructions and they asked me to give them as a gift to someone else. I demanded return address to find shipping was $20 to get back a partial payment (I don’t get their portion of shipping and I have to cover mine.). So I lost $40 and got nothing. Stick with Amazon or asos. Tinstree sucks (quality, integrity, sizing)

I wish I had read all the negative reviews about this company before I made my purchase. First, they did not process the order correctly, so I was waiting for over 2 weeks. When I contacted them, they told me that the boots were coming from China, so they did not arrive for another several days, well after the date that I needed them. When they arrived, they were a size too big (clearly marked, so it was not an accident). When I tried to return them, they told me I should give them to a friend as a gift. Since then, they have done everything to stall my refund, answering each email with another request, "please send us a picture of the item, please send the tracking information, please send confirmation that the return was delivered to us," etc. Also, they are not refunding the shipping cost and also, I had to pay for the return shipping. To date, I have not received my refund, even though I have confirmation that they received it on October 5. I first put this order in August, and it has been nothing but a serious waste of time and money with nothing to show for it. This is a horrible dishonest company and I hope it goes under.

They did refund my purchase finally. But, my opinion is the same: I will never buy from this company again and I don't recommend them.

Unfortunately I didn’t check this Company out and now after 4 emails trying to return them back to Company they keep asking me why don’t you like them can you give them as a gift to someone! I’m giving them 2 more days before I have my credit card company kick the charge back to them! Scam Company for sure!

This company sent me shoes that were so damaged and had the nerve to use Klarna. I sent them back and they haven’t scanned them in as a return so I can’t get my money back. They are acting like they don’t have a return. I don’t think they gave me a real address to return them too. I WOULD NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY EVER!!!!

Please beware of this horrible, scam, cheap company. I regretfully bought two pairs of shoes. They were way too big and plastic and cheap. I immediately contacted them, it took them FOREVER to respond, then tried to get me to buy something else. Once again it took them forever to give me the form and the return address. I sent the shoes back and have not received a refund. I went through Klarna and they were no help other than to tell me I owe them for the shoes that I sent back. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, RIPOFF COMPANY!!! I DON'T HAVE SHOES AND NO REFUND!!!!

I bought 3 pairs of boots. One pair of boots was not horrible but they definitely are not worth $57, more like $20.
One of the others is faux suede instead of faux leather and the color is incorrect.
The other boots I ordered are the same color as the incorrect pair, so I now have two pairs practically the same. All of these are very poor quality and should cost no more than $20 - $30 each. I tried contacting customer service and no one has responded. I went through Klarna and they will only pause payment until 11/3 and refund upon proof of return. This is not that much time since TINSTREE won't respond. I've sent 3 emails to TINSTREE with no response. I should have read the reviews. Do yourself a favor and don't buy these shoes from HONGKONG!

Wow I was just about to order from this company and I decided to check trustpilot first. I am so glad I did, No matter how many cute pictures of shoes a company has if they don’t have decent customer service to stand behind it and a quality product their worthless. With all these really bad reviews why are these people still in business? Just disappointing because they have so many pictures of cute shoes.
