I ordered from this company and never received my product, they refused to refund my money, and lied about my package being in the mail. I do not even want to give this company 1 star. I am so disappointed....I really wanted the product and I wanted to believe all they were telling me. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I got my beaded flats that was apart of my order. Outside of the delivery time frame. The heels were just as described (I took them out of the bag to make sure). The flats run a little small so give your toes 1-2 cm more. The time frame was within the advised window for the heels. The heels I did receive match the picture exactly upon first glance. I did not take the heels out of the original packaging. Do NOT get the heels the chains for the strap and toe design are VERY VERY VERY CHEAPLY MADE. Think Halloween costume chain. Not made of metal or durable plastic. If you don't heed my advice the heels are true to size. I would say get the items that are advertised by Northern East Asian models. I believe those are in their inventory or they have trademark rights and materials to make them.

Very unprofessional I paid for my items in full and they should have arrived already but they have not so it’s now 13 days since I ordered and just 5 days ago they message saying my item is out of stock this is not good so refund me for my purchase. People never buy from this site ever it’s a nightmare.

This company is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. First I receive a shipment. The package was torn open. I emailed them and this woman who refers to herself as Vanessa is as clueless as a gorilla. No, I’m sure a gorilla is more intelligent! Those reviews on the site must be done by their employees. It is the poorest quality I have ever seen. I’ve brought better merchandise from thrift stores. After approximately 10 emails back and forth I have yet to receive a refund. Even after I paid for the return shipping! I followed every return policy and to no avail. I’ve lost money but at least I’ve blocked them from my email. If you like cheap merchandise that is unwearable this is the place for you to shop.

Just a warning to anyone who wants to buy from this website don’t the shoes look so cheap. They smell bad. They look like you can buy them from the dollar tree will not send me my money back. Please don’t buy anything from this website.

Buy absolutely NOTHING from this company. This is a Chinese scam company selling inferior merchandise and you cannot return anything for exchange or refund. If unsatisfied they try to coerce you into using your purchase as a gift to another person and will not refund your money even after you do everything they ask to sending pictures, returning the merchandise certified mail and why the return. To top it off they then fail to acknowledge any emails about your refund.

Love your boot selections. Easy to order. Hope shipping is quicker this time than with my first order. Loved what i got, it just took what i thought was too long to get to me.

Do not buy from them. Ordered 2 pairs of shoes. Way oversized. Contacted them for a return and they told me I could pay for shipping to return them or give them to someone else as a gift. Absolutely ridiculous business practice.
