Streamlined our entire business phone system
We formerly relied upon a single physical handset in our office space, which was difficult to share and tethered to our physical address. We shifted to Tinkle after the pandemic hit the UK and we were forced to work from home where possible. For those who use the phone regularly at Better Drive, the service levels have improved and it's much easier for me and the board to keep up to speed on performance. Would highly recommend.

Simple and clever. Monitor sales performance on your mobile.
I got Tinkle to set up unique numbers for different inbound campaigns. Now I can track the performances of 8x separate campaigns via my mobile phone. It's pretty clever. The cost is low, but the features will keep you going for hours. If you like stats and managing your staff, this is a great system.

Great business image
Tinkle has given me my own work number so customers don't ring an 077 number anymore. The app keeps track of all my calls and records them so I can don't have to take notes. It's been a big step forward for me as my business is all about trust. Now I feel a lot more confident.

Best business decision in years
My security company now has four people taking calls and helping customers thanks to Tinkle. We have it on our mobile phones and it’s easier to use than WhatsApp. I can see all the call stats and performance stuff in the app and the customers are getting a much better experience!
The benefits are incredible compared to the cost. Best business choice I’ve made in years.
