subscribed to Tinder's most expensive premium plan expecting a top-tier experience, but what I’m encountering is incredibly frustrating. I reset my account, and since then, the app keeps showing the same profiles repeatedly—especially when I exit and reopen the app or change any search parameters. This includes profiles I’ve already swiped left, right, and even those I’ve given super likes to.

I reported this issue to support nearly 48 hours ago (ticket: 46078746), but I haven’t received any response so far. As a paying subscriber of a high-priced plan, I expect prompt assistance and a resolution to this issue.

If the support team cannot resolve this or provide a viable solution, I expect a full refund of the amount I paid. The lack of response is unacceptable for a service that positions itself as a leader in its field. I expect an immediate response and resolution today.
