Having found a car was interested in the whole process was excellent. Decent px, honest straightforward communication throughout from Ian.
Didn't waste my time trying to sell me products I neither needed or wanted.
On collection day I was picked up from the station and time taken to thoroughly explain warranty and controls/features. Excellent customer service without being over the top.

The service was really good as always we were looked after so well by both Ian and Gabrielle, the car is amazing way better than what we was expecting, we will return back to Ian when we want to change our car . Ian is a very trustworthy gentleman and an asset to T.I.M motors

I'd been to several dealerships to look at used cars before going to test drive one at this branch. This was by far the best experience, a lengthy test drive that allowed me to get to know the car, and helpful, friendly advice with no pushiness from the salesperson, Gabriella. In fact she went out of her way to make the whole buying experience easy and pleasant. The car is lovely and the service I received was really great.

Huge thanks to Ian for making my recent car purchase so smooth. Ian went through every detail thoroughly from the particular features of the vehicle, he also took care of the cherished plate transfer and road tax. Before committing to purchasing the car I was given the opportunity to take a proper test drive which is not always the case. I cannot recommend this dealership highly enough. I felt that Ian didn't rush me in making a decision for a 'quick sale', he guided me through everything and made sure the car met the right criteria (essentially something I could get an instrument in and out of easily) - he let me try my instrument out in the car too to ensure it fit well without any worries or tetris work.
