Cool service

I had a meal and it was disgusting and staff could not speak English. Avoid the Warrington one in Gemini food is cold and rude staff.

Customer service is lacking. English is poor couldn't understand anything she said.
She won't give me time to read the menu even though I asked her for a minute.
I order a scrambled egg croissant and a French vanilla coffee.
When I got home, I did not get egg and croissant, instead I got a plain croissant only no egg.
I am not pleased with the way Tim Hortons service is declined.
I am not going back.

My fiancé and I decided to stop here (Leeds Birstall) after shopping to try their new items. We’d been once before but totally forgot how amazing this place is. The food was hot, fresh and delicious. Any time we’ve visited it’s always been enjoyable, and it appears they’ve had a recent refurbishment so it was a nice, cosy atmosphere. If you’re in the area shopping, go visit you won’t regret it!

While I waited for my coffee they gave a meal a young girl ordered to someone else, when the meal was returned with open wrapping the young girl was given the meal, not a fresh meal, my coffee arrived. Half full, I complained they took my coffee away returned it full with what looked like slops left over and tasted disgusting, last time I will go to Tim Hortons Llansamlet, my advice to everyone is don’t bother, they are dirty sods

I've stopped going to Tim Hortons. Between the fact that they don't hand anything out unless you absolutely ask for it like napkins which is absolutely ridiculous when they hand you something gooey to eat. In the Drive-Thru I'm talking about. But then in the drive-thru or in the Tim Hortons I can't understand a single thing that people behind the counter are talking about. Their English is so poor. I don't know why you can't get people that can at least speak our language proficiently. And so I'm done! I know it doesn't matter to the Tim. Horton is because they don't care about some people. They don't care about just one person. But it will eventually spread. Tim Horton would be rolling in his grave if you saw what his stores are turning out to be. Not telling anyone else to stop going there. I'm just telling you my side.

They are very fast service always kind and with a million-dollar smile 😊

The lovely staff are terrorised by large groups of teenagers daily. Staff have called the police, been seriously assaulted and had fires set nearby. These runts have wrecked the property and frequently wander into their kitchen. Tim Hortons as a company have lied for months that theyd supply security. Multiple methods of contacting Tim Hortons management all fail locally and across the UK, according to sources. Disgusting lack of support and rubbish food. Would give zero stats if I could.

I have found the quality and flavor have gone from my options at Tim Hortons....I have always loved Timmies coffee but this past year it has DOWN HILL....it is not just in my town my wife and I just did road trip up to Thunder Bay and back home and we did not get a good cup of coffee from any of the Tim Hortons stops we did. The only great cup of coffee we got was from the Country Style stop in Terrace Bay Drifters gas station.. Tims please fix your coffee.....

The Tim hortons in pickering Liverpool and pickering parkway. It's in a ESSO gas station. We come every morning for the last few years. Never had a complaint. Until now..The last few months has been terrible service. It takes way too long. To fill in, order for coffee takes about twenty minutes. You have new employees in there that don't understand what we're saying.And also, get the orders wrong and are too slow. Something needs to be done.You need to go in and evaluate your employees.This is totally ridiculous and unacceptable.qĤRŔRRTYTT

Tim Horton at 433 Steeles Ave. Milton,Ontario has the best drive thru girls . Ivy & April. They know our order as soon as I say good morning. This is dated today but everyday they are there is great!

Honestly, McDonald’s coffee is way better at this point. Not coming back to this location.

My apple fritter was missing from my meal. I ordered through Just Eat. This is the 3rd time this has happened at least the first 2 times was a pick up and I checked. Not happy or impressed. Train your staff!!!!!

Not sure why there are a lot of 1 star review. I found the place clean and pleasant. The menu was better than McDonalds, with much more attractive choices. Will go again.

I visit Tim’s on Powick Road in Kelowna BC most mornings and I would rate this establishment one of the best that I have ever visited
The manager is exceptional in keeping the staff happy which shows in their excellent service they provide. The store is always clean. Never do I wait in a line up as staff immediately open the next till
All Tim’s should get training by this manager as most need lots of improvements

Do not get breakfast at Tim's often, but did today at 66 St and 170 Ave in Edmonton. Food was ok but Tim's doesn't seem to understand that including napkins just might be a good idea when eating in a vehicle. This has happened at several other locations as well. Now prefer to patronize other establishments who do not neglect something as important as napkins.

Tim Hortons on 72nd & King George Surrey, BC as well as Tim Hortons on Hwy 10 and Hwy 99 in Delta, BC. EXTREMELY poor Customer service as well as constantly getting order incorrect. I understand that these positions are entry level and pay is minimum wage but please if you don't understand English maybe taking orders is not your thing. Tim Hortons you should ensure your personnel dealing with Customers maked eye contact, ARE POLITE and at least try to ensure orders are correct and if not be polite enough to apologize for the error. Everyone makes mistakes but it's not nice when you are rude to customers.

The new croissant breakfast sandwich was very disappointing. Virtually taistless. No seasoning. If there is a sauce, you can't taste it. Won't make that mistake again.

Visit the Stockport Tim Hortons on a regular basis and order " what's New on the menu. The Ranch Chicken & bacon Wrap portion of onion rings inc Raspberry & White Chocolate Frappe which is delicious. Tims Double Cheese Burger is also mouth watering. My order also comes a Flat White and a box of Timbits without fail. To say I am always met with a friendly smile excellent customer service by employed staff there. A big thank you to Wasal Taha and Hamza especially who are unbelievably hard working and communication skills are very good. Irish Lady.
