I’m disappointed that the food prices have kept rising again and again within just a year. I’m from Manchester, and Tim Hortons used to be a great place to get a breakfast bundle for around £5, includ... See more

Expensive, cold rubbish
Tried the Derby branch just after opening. 2 burger meals were OK but lukewarm. This was in store. Decided to give them another try today and used Drive through.
2 crispy chicken sandwich meals. 1 choc shake, 1 choc/orange shake and 2 caramel apple fritters.
All the food was stone cold and not fresh. The chicken was vile with hard, thick grey coating (definitely not crispy). The fries were over cooked, hard and cold. The milkshakes were so sweet even my sweet toothed daughter couldn't finish hers, also lacking in actual chocolate flavour. The fritter was OK.
The whole meal looked like it had been assembled and packed by a toddler. No care or attention. The food was stuffed into a paper bag that was too small and was tearing as we put it in the car and fritter boxes just handed to us as well as the individual shakes. Not at all drive through friendly.
Altogether very expensive waste of food. Majority of it went in the bin. Won't bother again. Wish I could put zero stars. The one star is purely for the fritters.

Visited the branch and straight away was hounded by an Asian male to use the touch screen as if this was the only option, he was wearing casual clothing with no introduction to whom he was, for all I know it could be a member of the public.
My friend insisted on ordering at the counter so we did. We ordered £3.49 breakfast and was advised by the serving person any small drink included . I mentioned a couple of drinks and the total came above £3.49. The person serving looked at me with no formal means of communicating . I asked the individual you stated any small drink so what does come with the breakfast that is going to total £3.49, she has no clue so in the end I said just do a tea.
The advertising is not clear for the brand as they clearly advertise the price outside and inside and it does not state price will vary with choice of drink .
The service was poor , staff not trained to deal with the public . I assume it is a franchise as all persons seem to appear to be from the same household or associated.
I complained online to receive a response from another associate of the branch who does not even know what the contents of the complaint is.
I fully intend to approach ASA to look into the trading practice of Tim Horton as it’s misleading .
I will never go to this chain again and fully intend to tell others .

Wilmslow Road one is sh!t
The one on Wilmslow Road in Manchester is abysmal. The staff always get orders wrong and they take so long to make the food. Took 1 hour today (no joke) to make 2x coffees and 2x muffins. Clear house, sack them all, train the new lot properly. Slowest coffee place in Manchester, AVOID.
EDIT April 2026: It has now shut down. Good riddance.

Run don’t bother…
Five guys for us! You only get what you pay for and this visit to day at derby was a big disappointment! Well done on the hype, the traffic jams were just uncalled for!!
My chicken wrap was small tasteless to crispy and hard chicken not moist , it was awful, cold waffles! Box that I was handed was damaged and something on the top ! Pictures available !! No more been once I’m done!!!
Tim Hortons
Tim Hortons, Royale Leisure Park, London, W3.
I can’t remember the last time a wrote a review, but I was compelled to write one after my visit today. The beef burger was not good. The bacon was cold, way too much American mustard, and it looked like it had been drop kicked into the bag. The chicken burger my daughter had was equally poor. She ended up taking the chicken out (it was gray!!!).
I won’t be going back.
Especially when Five Guys is literally across the road.
Tim Hortons Mansfield
Went to Tim Hortons in Mansfield UK, I used machine where you can order the food, to which I bought a six deluxe donuts box and a 10 box of Timbits, I noticed that you could customise the boxes, so I clicked and changed the ones of both items which I didn’t like into the ones I did like, and proceeded with my order and paid. Once I got home I opened my donuts to see that none of the donuts I put to swap didn’t get swapped, this wasn’t such a big deal for me since there wasn’t anything I was allergic to so I just gave the ones I didn’t like to my family, however if I was allergic to a certain item/ingredient on the donut and that was the reason to why I had swapped them, then I would of had an allergic reaction, So clearly they hadn’t even looked at my order correctly.
Felt let down after all hype
Visited the Trafford Park Manchester outlet 30/09/2022 @ 10 pm. Initial impression and set up positive. Menu selection good.
Service not good and
Cleanliness very poor. Told the manager that a tray full of used dirty cups (10 plus) on the large leather chairs. Sort of acknowledged me but that was it. We left 30 mins later and this had not been sorted. Poor
Coffee ok doughnuts were not fresh!! May try another branch.

Cold food and expensive, after visiting the drive thru, don't bother going here, you are better off with McDonald's or Burger King. Very poor

Absolutely revolting overpriced crud is the only way I can describe the food. Don’t waste your money.
The worst food I have ever eaten, avoid it, save your money and your digestive system.
The worst food I have ever eaten and it was almost double the price. Oily mayonnaise, stale tasting burger, overly greasy chips. It doesn't warn that it is spicy/hot either.
I could only manage 3 bites of the burger because of how much I paid for it. The kids spat theirs out in the bin and had a sandwich instead.
Not even suitable for a stray starving dog.
How they are still operating and serving that garbage is beyond belief.
Gutter buffet
Horrendous prices for horrendous hot dog. Felt sick from the amount of mustard and the bun was cheap and nasty.
