I’m disappointed that the food prices have kept rising again and again within just a year. I’m from Manchester, and Tim Hortons used to be a great place to get a breakfast bundle for around £5, includ... See more

Very Positive Experience

Visited Tim Horton's in Burton. Despite being full, the service was quick and the staff was very friendly. My order took longer than expected to complete and I was offered a complementary desert.
Will definitely return.

The chocolate milkshakes and donuts are great. And I like the free provision of some supplements. The staff is also great and welcoming with their smile. There was a staff, I think her name was Leona, in Ipswich, such a charming and respectful lady. Bonne appétit to those who will one day have the chance to eat there.

Witnessed the managers bullying their staff at the Westwood Store in Broadstairs, Kent, England... Retail is hard enough without treating your employees poorly... a major turnoff... train your managers properly and treat your staff with respect. I won't be returning...

Perry’s Love Tim Horton’s!

On behalf of all of the staff at Perry’s Vauxhall in Broadstairs, we absolutely love the new Tim Hortons. With each of us visiting for Breakfast (Making the most of the fantastic £3.49 Breakfast Meal) on an almost daily basis, as well as enjoying their fantastic Tim’s Triple Cheese Burger for Lunch, the Staff there always take great care of us with friendly faces from the moment we walk in. We always tell our customers to stop by Tim Horton’s on the way back past after visiting our showrooms. Disclosure - we have absolutely no marketing agreements with Tim Horton’s…we just absolutely love it!

Just a truly awful takeaway meal

Just a truly awful takeaway meal. Terrible food quality. No idea how to make a basic cup of tea (with heated frothed milk..???). Overpriced even if the food had been good. We should have thought more about why people were queuing around the block at the McD’s next door whereas no queue at all at this Tim Horton’s.

Tim Hortons Broadstairs

Went to the new Tim Hortons, in Broadstairs what a let down, order was wrong someone else has the same collection number as mine, lady gave us some Tim bits as an apology, Got home with order excited, but what a let down, the burgers are certainly not fresh, I think they are from bookers and Lichfield tomato sauce portions(definitely from bookers)

Boldon Branch - Struggling.

Pulled up to the drive through enticed with images of breakfast to find a small sign on the intercom saying no eggs available.

Realistically this is more than half the breakfast menu wiped out…

Earlier notice would have got me out the queue but I suppose it helps guarantee a sale by trapping the customer in the drive through queue.

Over 15mins waiting in the car park for the food… wondering how long it should take since we’re obviously not cooking eggs. It’s bacon, bread, sauce and hash browns…

Looking at the guy next to me ‘Sorry about your wait’…. No mate. Sorry for the lack of efficiency, the slow service, the fact that there’s over 7 staff I can see and they can’t handle measly numbers of customers. Be sorry for the manager not getting a grip of their staff. If they don’t want to work then move them on.

Just shoddy.

To customer service - this isn’t a job for you to explore further, take an email and build a database on. This is a need for senior management to get a stern word and hypothetical foot up the backsides of slow and possibly hungover staff.

(20min mark now)
(25min mark - the service here is utter rubbish. It’s fast food. Cook and deliver. There’s 3 people in the shop queue. Mystery shoppers would have a field day.)

(30 min mark - I’m now watching other people after me in the queue get their orders.)

Shoddy.

Opened the product and they’ve missed out the sauce. Really?

Tim Hortons Harlow :(

As we were near a Tim Hortons while shopping in B&M, we decided to try Tim’s.

The first menu screen didn't work, so we tried a second, which worked.

We ordered a medium tea and a medium French vanilla latte for £7.89! The menu said you could select what sort of milk you wanted and if you wished to have sugar-free sweetener or sugar. We chose milk and sweeteners for both drinks. When my husband went to collect the drinks, the server said they don't put sugar or sweeteners in the coffee. Why add that option to the menu?

My husband's coffee was good. However, my tea was served lukewarm and had to be replaced as it also looked like the tea bag had burst.

A staff member was meant to have brought the replacement tea but forgot. Tim’s wasn't busy either. I finally got a hot cup of tea when my husband went over to the till to get it. The server did come over to apologise. We are never going to set foot in a Tim Hortons again. It's too expensive, and the service is inferior. We will stick to McDonald's in future.
