A while ago, we decided to purchase the timing system. On the whole, we've had a great experience with the company. Support was always on hand. We did not experience any problems during the time we used their service. I would recommend the Time System to other businesses.

Absolutely no support. I've had a clock from them for two years.. fabulous.. a Proxtime 100.. nothing expensive.. RFID.. doesn't do basic things like punch people in or out without the user having to select in or out on the clock itself, before using the RFID.. what's the point.. I can put the biometric clock back in and they have one motion.. that was the whole point.. the clock is too stupid to know if that user is going in or out.. like it doesn't know what the user did the last time.. ie punch in.. thus the next punch would be OUT.. so poorly made. So.. I got a new computer.. need to transfer the software for my $299 clock to the new computer. Right.. go get the guide from Time Systems in the UK.. oh.. no.. they don't provide guides.. is your technical support fee paid up on the $299 clock? No.. why would you need a yearly fee for supporting a basic time clock. All I need to know is how to transfer the software from one computer to the new replacement computer.. they want a ridiculous $299 fee for support for a yearly support contract so I can transfer the software I paid for, because I had to replace a computer. NO.. ordering a new clock now.. from someone else. These guys are rude and don't support their product. What else do you need to know?

Annoying that there is no reduced cost, one off fix/support option other than 12 months support at £399+vat, however the support technician Frank was excellent and rectified the issue quickly. Just a note that you have to notify them a minimum of 60 days before the support contract expires otherwise they will bill you again regardless.

The customer service is shocking and we had absolutely no help from them at all.
Do not waste your time with this software, they charge if you want to change software onto a new computer, even though you pay an annual support. We also had problems with the software and reports conveniently around the the subscription was up for renewal. Can't trust this company.

DO NOT BUY WASTE OF MONEY THE SYSTEM WILL LOG YOU OUT AND REQUIRE AN "ACITIVATION CODE" WHICH THEY WONT PROVIDE UNLESS YOU PAY £400 FOR THEIR "SUPPORT CONTRACT".

I have been using the company for a number of years and purchased a machine that was much more upto date. Having had a machine in the past which worked great. Unfortunately the machine went wrong and yes they replaced it but it needed to all be reconnected to our the network only this time they do not offer telephone support only by email. The telephone support service has been withdrawn now and all query’s have to be by email. Unless you want to purchase a machine then they are happy to talk to you. I contacted them by email a number of times but every time they come back to you which is not very quick I have been off site. As it’s in my name they can only speak to me. Having given up trying to reconnect the machine they then chased the support contact payment as it had rolled over to another year as I had not given a notice to cancel it. So be carful when taking out any support with them. They are happy to talk on the phone for money but if you need a hand setting up the machine or any query’s with it that must be via email. The old telephone support was great but not now.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with both your return policy and the handling of my recent order. I placed an order with your company, but unfortunately, I ordered by mistake. Upon realizing this error, I immediately submitted a return request within three days of purchase.
However, I was informed that your return policy is final, and no returns would be accepted unless the product requires a repair or replacement under warranty. This was never clearly communicated to me during the purchase process, and had I known about this strict policy upfront, I would have reconsidered my decision. Instead, I now feel stuck with a product I cannot use.
In addition, the product I received was faulty and required a repair. While I appreciate that the faulty item was replaced under warranty, my original request to return the product due to ordering from a different company was ignored. My request to return the item was not given the proper attention, leaving me frustrated and disappointed with the service.
I strongly believe that a clear message regarding your return policy, such as a pop-up notification indicating that all sales are final, should be displayed at the checkout point. This would ensure customers are fully aware of the terms before completing their purchase, preventing situations like mine.
I sincerely hope that you will reconsider your approach to customer service and improve the transparency of your return policy. This would greatly enhance the overall customer experience and encourage trust and loyalty.

Rude customer service, I only got one-word answers. If you don't like the Job, quit!
So glad I bought this time machine from time systems uk.
Needed training and was pleasantly surprised with how helpful the uk based team dealt with my bespoke requirements.
Highly recommend.

I cannot speak highly enough about the outstanding support I received while setting up the software and completing the training. The support person’s knowledge about the product was truly exceptional, and their ability to explain complex features in a clear and concise manner made the entire process seamless.
Every question I had—big or small—was answered with patience and detail, ensuring I felt confident in using the software to its full potential. Their professionalism, expertise, and dedication to customer satisfaction were evident at every step.
If you’re looking for a team that genuinely cares about their customers and goes the extra mile, this is it.
Thank you.

I have been using their system for two years, and their software is impossible to maintain. If you change the server where the database is stored, you have to call their support, and they will charge you. You change the PC where the software runs, and you have to call them, and they will charge you again. You buy an additional support contract, and you guess it, what you need is not covered, and they will charge you. When the software runs, you have to manually restart services every time windows updates because the automatic report emails will stop working if you don't.
Personally, I regret ever buying from these guys. Ah, one more thing, support is all by e-mail because customers bother them too much... I don't know why.
