Great service and communication throughout the whole buying process. This is the second time that I have purchased a watch from Timepiece 360 and only have good things to say about them.

Wasn’t sure what watch I wanted to buy, the young lady and gentleman that served me were excellent, with lots of advice and very knowledgeable on all watches. There was no pressure to buy, I did and going back in new year for another.

When I asked by Whatsapp, was informed that watch would have 1 year warranty from Timepiece fro the mechanism. After buying the watch, warranty was denied. Watch was advertise as new with papers and international warranty, but the warranty card doesn't have seller stamp and no information was provided. So, I'm not sure about watch warranty and couldn't have an answer after asking for

Great Service by a gentleman called Diaa!

I won an auction on a Seiko watch and went to the shop the next day to pay and pick it up. The shop was rather busy and I had to wait about 25 minutes before I was attended to. I used the time to browse through the displays. Once I paid the watch a very friendly Karim couldn't find the box. He apologized and I assured him that it's no problem and I will pick it up some other day. About 20 minutes after I left he called me that he found the box.

Overall a great experience. We had a few problems with the online payment processing which was a little frustrating but with the help of Kareem it was all resolved. The product was as advertised and i am very happy to secured a watch I have been looking for. I can highly recommend the process and look forward to making future purchases.

The people at tp360 were very very helpful with getting me a good deal on a great watch and the shipping was extremely fast! 3 days from Dubai to utah!
