From a teacher: amazing program

I am a third grade teacher, and I have used this program for many years with my students. It is easy for teacher and parent to follow along on student progress. The green light feature helps parents monitor productive time spent on the program for their child in an easy way. Children love it, and it is very engaging and addicting for them. So it is not hard to make them use it. It really helped my students master their basic facts. It was easy for me to help those who did not master addition and subtraction in first and second grade to catch up with this program. I can't say enough good things about it. I wish our school system would purchase it for all students.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Product line is glitchy and not engaging. Very frustrating for my first and second grader.
