Excellent service once again.
Just had another decaying wooden single glazed window replaced with a lovely new double glazed one that meets planning permissions with a similar external appearance.
And reviewed a slightly sticky lock on a door from a year ago with no bother and a friendly smile

From to start to finish, our windows replacement project was carried out to a very high and extremely professional standard. At the initial quoting stage, some very helpful and useful advice was provided. The windows are of extremely high quality and the installation was seamless and also to a very high standard. The fitters involved certainly know their stuff and were clean and tidy and polite throughout the process and in our opinion went the extra mile.
We would certainly use Timber Windows again - thank you for a job very well done!

Excellent quality product installed by two polite skilled craftsmen.
This is the second time we have used Timber Windows and will undoubtedly used for remaining windows.

All aspects of the service we received were exceptional- in terms of communication from the showroom and office to the installation process and the wonderful windows now gracing our listed home.

Definitely a five star product with five star service and skilled fitting.
The whole process from the initial postal information, the showroom visit, subsequent ordering and administration were all first class. The removal of our old front door and fitting of the new replacement was completed with great care and skill. There was great consideration and attention to detail by the fitters who clearly enjoyed their work. This was our second experience of Timber Windows and has again been a stress free and enjoyable customer experience.

We have had to make many many decisions to make over the past year with the renovation of our house but the one that I have absolutely no regrets over is the gorgeous windows supplied by Timber windows southern!!! We are absolutely thrilled and they give me pleasure every time

Timber Windows (southern) have replaced our PVC windows and French doors and have done a brilliant job!

We visited the showroom at Horndean various times as we were unsure on what style we wanted to go for, Charlie was so helpful in showing us all the different options in the showroom and was very good at explaining all the different styles, handles and hinges etc we could choose from.

Kevin was extremely helpful from start to finish and very understanding about us changing the design a few times as we wanted to get it right.

The two guys that fitted the windows and doors were very good and the finish of the installation was done to an extremely high standard with minimal damages to interior decoration. They were both friendly, professional and very tidy. We are very happy with the fitting and the quality of the product is second to none.

The French doors are amazing, they are huge and it has completely transformed our kitchen/dining area and we are so happy we have had the pleasure of working with Timber Windows (Southern). Couldn’t have asked for more!! Highly recommend this company if you are after brilliant workmanship and high quality products!

Timber Windows (Southern) Ltd completed the replacement of our doors and windows, and we could not be happier with the quality of the work, the product supplied and the team who completed the work and the communication and customer service throughout the process.
After getting a number of quotes for the work, Timber Windows were certainly not the lowest cost, but also not the most expensive. But we are so happy we paid a little bit more as the level of service and quality of workmanship was excellent.
Clear and timely communicaiton throughout the process, no surprises and the work was completed on time.
I would highly recommend them and would without doubt use them again.

Excellent service from the whole team from start to finish. The installation team did a fantastic job, were extremely professional, tidy and polite, and paid a lot of attention to detail. They replaced every window and door in our house over a period of 18 months and it has absolutely transformed the look of it so we are very happy. The quality and integrity of the products so far has been excellent, and we have received a good after service support.

We had all our sash windows replaced by Timber Windows of Horndean, plus a new front door with side lights. They are superbly made and we are absolutely delighted with them. Their fitting crew were also superb, polite and cheerful and clearly enjoy their work. Customer service is second to none as evidenced when I asked for an additional piece of trim to be fitted a year after the main installation. They did this free of charge. They’re absolutely marvellous.
