They claim to sell genuineTimberland shoes and ship from the UK which they don't the item came from China. Their customer service does not reply to messages once you have made a purchase. The item took ages to arrive and when it finally did, it was a cheap horrible looking bracelet instead of the shoes. Even the customs information on the back of the bag says shoes.
