customer service experience

I ordered a pair of shoes over the weekend and received a confirmation, but no shipping information was emailed to me on Monday. I checked my order today and it says they cancelled the order on Tuesday. They never emailed me to say they cancelled the order and the charge is still pending on my account. I tried to call them and no one in customer service picked up the phone. I tried emailing them to find out what happened and did not get a response.

Tilted sole did contact me by email and personally by phone call me to apologize.

HORRIBLE ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE

I am rating the online shopping experience with tiltedsole.com not the product, will rate product when i get it. Tiltedsole.com is not a site i will shop with again except i cant find the product anywhereelse. The website is a lot of hasšle, Unlike other websites, if u purchase a product and change your mind immediately tilted.com has no option to cancel the order through your account. You prolly need to call customer service that are only open M-F 7-5pm, so if you shop at night or over the weekend, you have to wait till morning or till Monday to contact them. Who knows, by then they may tell you its too late to cancel cos its already shipped. Buyers should be able to cancel a just placed order that hasnt shipped yet without breaking a sweat. The shoes have no size chart so you are not really sure what the conversion scale is, i am a Euro size 37 which is US 6.5/7. I bought a 6.5 turns out 6.5 is 39 nőt 37 which was way too big, now I have to go through the hasšle of returning. A size chart would have saved me this hasšle. Tiltedsole.com also has no return menü when signed into your account. You have to print out a form from the website to process returns with no way of monitoring the progress of your returns online through your account, you probably need to call customer service every minute to inquire. Needless to say, I wont be recommending tilted.com to any friends or family.

Awful Costumer Service

I bought 2 pairs of shoes from Tilted Sole. Same brand and size etc, just 2 different designs. I wore one of them out and they hurt so bad they made my feet bleed. Because I wore that pair I obviously couldn't return them, but I wanted to return the 2nd unworn pair. I emailed Tilted Sole and told them about wanting to return the second pair and they were rude, unfriendly, and told me to send photos to prove I hadn't worn them... and only then I could return them. They didn't even trust that I hadn't worn them, and once they had seen photos, they were unhelpful and I ended up having to pay for shipping etc. The whole experience was awful!! I will not be buying from them again.

Great experience, no complaints :)

I've had a great experience buying from them. Super fast shipping. The shoes I bought fit perfectly and I'm really happy with them. The shoebox arrived pretty torn apart so not the best packaging, but that's fine with me as long as the shoes are in perfect condition, and they were.

Purchased $100 sandals and month later no sandals!!!!

Purchased $100 sandals for my daughter. Followed up with an email as I didn't get a shipping notice in two weeks. Was told the item was on back order and it would take and additional 5-7 days for processing. Two weeks later no shipping email. I check the status and order is Cancelled!!!! They cancelled it 3 days after I was told it would take 5-7 extra days. No email notification, no refund, no nothing!!!! Let's see if I get the refund. Horrible communications and customer service. Will not order through them again!

I still have t received my purchase!

I still have t received my purchase!! I paid for one day shipping and it's been a week. No one is answering the phone in customer service or responding to emails. I will never order from them again. Give me my money back!!!
