I didn’t have any issues whatsoever . Placed the order , shipped next day and took about a week and they were perfect . I haven’t been able to find this style Birkenstock for my husband anywhere , I believe it was discontinued , this was the only place left to have them , glad I decided to give them a try. I will remember tilted sole in the future !

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE - NEVER BUY HERE!
This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced! Rather than take the free shipping option, I paid an extra $13.86 for what they call USPS 2 business day delivery, because I needed the shoes for travel. When I contacted them to refund my shipping charges after four days of not receiving the shoes, they promptly sent me a "we are deeply sorry but...." message about how the option I chose wasn't 2 day. I then sent back a photo of their shipping options, including the one I chose which says USPS 2 day delivery. They responded by sending me a "This ticket is closed..." message. Now, FIVE days from my order, I receive an email saying that my order is "..in it's final processing stage.."!!! How was there any chance of this ever being delivered in 2 business days if they couldn't even get the shoes out of the door before 5 days? I fly tomorrow and am in the process of repacking my bag due to the fact that I don't have the shoes I packed for. The company is still refusing to refund my shipping costs. I will be cancelling this order and sending the shoes back. There's no rush now that I've missed the trip deadline, I'll order them from a competitor.
