My best friend brought a package for the front yard from Tilly and really live their work. Will totally use them to for my house. Great looking job!

I bought a package for my front yard, that apart form a couple of olive trees, it was a blank slate. I had a meeting with a designer and told her a couple of ideas I had (plants by the fence and a tree in a corner) and what kind of plants I would like, and the type of yard I was looking for, and told her I did not know what to do with the rest and that I was open to ideas. Well, I got a design with plants by the fence (not one of the ones I requested) a tree in the corner and other then that pebbles everywhere else, nothing else but pebbles. So basically all she did was add rocks to my original design, and I paid for that! I thought I would contact them and explain what happened and see if they could maybe let me meet with someone else, but after three emails in the span of a month without the courtesy of a reply, I am not very hopeful I will ever hear from them. Now I am out of almost $400 and a design that is basically rocks. I don't usually write reviews but I felt I needed to let people know about this company. The design is not even the worst part, it is really the complete lack of response to my emails, extremely unprofessional.

I was attracted by the idea of ​​landscape design projects that can be implemented. Therefore, I decided and used the services. The implementation process was carried out very harmoniously, well thought out and the result is exquisite.

Dont waste your money. They are not responsive at all. They just meet with you for 30mins and after that they never respond to your questions. The design they gave me was way different from what I requested and I wanted to have in my patio. I ended up hiring a landscape designer.

The process was super simple and I felt like my designer really understood my style. This was so much easier than trying to schedule with a local person and definitely less expensive. I can’t wait to install my new landscape!
