Lovely quality clothing company

So impressed with this company! After recommendation from a friend, I ordered my first item. It came quickly and I loved it! (A sparkly jacket) I am now on my sixth purchase and quickly getting hooked!

My wife has ordered many clothes from Tilletts ,Good selection of clothing and good value, always received orders in good time.

I have had some lovely clothes from this lovely family business. Mel and her daughters and staff are a great bunch of ladies who run their business so smoothly and professionally it’s a joy to watch Mel’s updates and talks showing her passion for her job. She is so inspirational. My only criticism is when you order goods you have to pay postage for delivery and then returns if you need to send back which sometimes stops me ordering when I am undecided on an item. That can then make the process expensive and making a garment more expensive as I live too far away from Cleethorpes to ‘pop in too buy’. I do love shopping when I can try on before buying.

Tillets staff in store are always helpful and friendly, the clothes are modern, affordable and stylish. Buying online is a user friendly experience and for £3.50 delivery, well worth the cost if you do not live near a store.

Returned one item and money quickly refunded

I’m new to Tilletts recommended by a friend. Their clothes are good quality, but the one size with certain styles can swamp people under size 14/16 in my opinion. In other words they are generously cut.
It’s nice to benefit from their sales, however they can tend to further reduce and do not honour the difference if you’ve just purchased the same items, unlike most online companies. Hence the three stars.

These items arrived probably less than 36 hours from when I ordered them – compare this with companies when I am still waiting for delivery!
Delivery was amazing and the items were delightful – fantastic to have this kind of service at a very busy time of year. Excellent team.
