Paid for next day delivery they did not arrive!! Waited 2 more days. Had another text saying they would be coming on the Friday and have not arrived again!!!! Poor service. House has to be put on hold until they arrive!

Avoid like the plague, these clowns give you 20 min to check the tiles for damages, firstly you need to get them from kerb side into the house with the boxes weight 40kg each!! with them being dropped kerb side in the pouring rain, you then have to some how open the boxes all within the 20 min limit and check for the damages which the rain covered, had to wait a couple of days for them to fully dry before seeing any marks , I contacted them and asked if there was any transit wax used to protect them, said they never heard of it and they told me the way they are packed no damage would would happen, let me set you straight it was more paper than foam also half the size of the tile face was unprotected, as a consumer I have rights!! You sold these tiles to me there for you should rectify the fault not just deny and refuse to help, poor customer service and shocking behaviour. This will not be the last you here from this, to anyone else avoid these clowns once they have your money they don’t care, stupid terms and conditions, would give you -5 if i could, take advice look else where the tiles were cheaper here but you definitely get what you pay for avoid!!!!!!

Goods never received. Poor communication all round with no replies to emails.

Absolutely appalling customer service. I ordered over £400 worth of tiles, when the tile fitter opened them he discovered that nearly half of them were shattered and broke beyond use. I emailed customer service and told them of the issue and there reply was that they would not refund or re send the items and that I would have to re order again and pay. Any reputable company would have sent out replacement tiles at no extra cost. Won’t be buying from here again and would recommend you don’t either

I ordered over £200 worth of split face tiles and when they arrived the driver refused to bring them in and we had to carry each box one by one into the house.

To make it worse a week later when our tiler arrived we opened the box to see most of 1 box was completely smashed to bits! I got in contact with tilezone and they said they wouldn’t proceed with my complaint because it wasn’t within 48 hours of delivery and they already have a new batch of tiles?!?! Never ordering from there again!

I purchased Grey Quartz tills almost 10 months ago, which were about £7 cheaper at TileZone than everywhere else.

Bought one from TileZone & one from another supplier to compare, slight colour shade & pattern differences, that was all.

After 10 months I’ve had no problems at all, I would absolutely recommend TileZone. Will be using again in the future.

So happy with my new tiles! This company have been fantastic, such a swift process of ordering and delivering, great price and these were the only company which sell the type of tiles in the colour we needed. After I ordered the wrong tiles the company were excellent with communicating with me and arranging collection of the tiles we’d ordered and delivery of the new tiles. Would definitely use again and recommend to everybody!

The delivery was prompt and given the status quo we were surprised at how quick -when there was a miniscule shortfall of some decorative insert tiles-Tilezone staff were on the ball and the small remainder was with us in the Scottish Borders before one could say "abracadabra" - good communication -quality tiles and a great deal of civility. As they say, courteous treatment will make a customer a walking advertisement. Thank you

I don't often leave reviews but I have been really impressed with Tilezone. They went over and beyond to help me source some grey quartz tiles which all other suppliers had run out of, and also agreed to store half of them for me until I was ready for them (I didn't have enough space for the whole lot). The arrived on time, and with no breakages and the delivery man was very willing.

I would definitely use them again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Ordered over 18 boxes of slate split face tiles to do a wall in my home and noticed a few tiles were a bit rubbish finish and even some broken, but because I needed a few small pieces I made it work. In the end I needed to order a few more boxes to finish it so I paid the ridiculously high £46 delivery fee again and arranged for it to come on a day I would be in. To my wonderful suprise, they decided to deliver it a day early when I wasn't in. When I got home from work I noticed they had just left them on my porch in the rain and when I inspected the boxes I'd received an entire box of broken tiles again!!!

I emailed customer service and it was always a long waiting time between responses, even times I'd have to chase for a response. When it was all said and done (over 2 months after the first email) they said I could have 20% off my next order.... No thank you, Avoid at all costs as they have the worst service and sub par quality

The Tiles were excellent Value and the Delivery was prompt. Two Tiles were damaged and after submitting photographic evidence and after a couple of phone calls the replacements arrived as promised.
Overall the Customer Service experience was very positive and they worked to rectify the situation quickly enough to avoid any delay in completing the job

Tiles were delivered on time, the driver was very competent and professional. Would recommend.

Items arrived broken, they argued about sending replacements which reluctantly they did after days of me chasing, for them to also be broken. If you want a decent level of service and your items in one peice, shop elsewhere.
