I recently bought tiles from TileZone. My kitchen worktop is a sparkling black, so I was searching for similar granite. After trying multiple providers and failing to find a match in both price and quality, I discovered TileZone. They made it easy to find the right product, offering both great quality and price. I highly recommend them. Excellent service and timely delivery.

Order placed on 20/06/2024 delivered 21/06/2024, order arrived damaged, contacted you via email and telephone, you don’t answer or reply, when we finally managed to get through you asked for pictures your courier already took and after 2 weeks you finally arranged collection of broken items (which you did not confirm with us, so your courier collected without consent from the driveway as per video footage) and you have still not issued a refund, or been in touch, it’s been nearly 3 weeks. As of Monday we will be seeking the payment and compensation via a county court claim, along with all costs we have incurred for tiler and delays as well as cost for time spent contacting you to try to resolve with an evidenced log of all ignored communication attempts to you.

Found the exact tiles I was looking for. These had been discontinued elsewhere so I was delighted to find tilezone still had some in stock. The delivery arrived on the day I had asked for (I ordered in Feb and tilezone kept them until April for me) and the driver helped me inspect the delivery as I’d been advised to do by tilezone. The bathroom is now beautiful and I couldn’t be happier.

Do yourself a favour & pay the extra to use a supplier that isn't hopeless with customer service like these 🤡
My 64 tiles were delivered & as per the email received I checked for damage & anything missing before the delivery driver went. However as I started using the tiles a few weeks later I got to the bottom of the 1st stack of tiles & found a rogue pack, completely different tile which has left me short of 4 tiles. I contacted the company asking for a replacement pack & firstly was told "we can't just send out free replacement, we need to investigate further" I never asked for anything free!
Never heard anything further so chased again to be told "we don't recognise those rogue tiles & need to investigate" All the while I've got an unfinished bathroom & an unhappy customer.
Absolute dreadful customer service, avoid like the plague

AVOID LIKE PLAGUE!!! I'd give zero stars if it was an option! Ordered 8 tiles for a little over £200 delivery driver came 1 day and said tiles wernt on van he then cane day after rung me while I was on my way home from work saying he'd out then on drive I arrived minutes later he put them on drive and went no signing no time to check etc when I went out later to fetch them in they were all smashed tilezone wouldn't answere emails and calls so I whatsapped them obviously tried denying so I sent cctv footage of it all and not getting completely ignored!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Deserve 0. Pallet arrived, driver left before I could open as he was blocking road. Loose tiles that they didn’t bother to wrap split in half . In boxes , more breakages with a fair few chipped at corners. Split face tile with full corners chipped off . Yellow bond used to fix white quartz together stands out like sire thumb to face on half the order. Very shoddy quality. Asked could I get replacement, much delay, had to escalate to paypal claim but now have to pay courier to return their poor quality items to receive. Delay delay delay with communication. Should have shopped locally !

Purchased some amazing bathroom tiles which were almost 40% cheaper than i saw at my local shop. Cant fault the service and communication from the team at tilezone

We were doing a full house renovation and decided to opt for some tiles we had seen on tilezone website for ur first bathroom. We recieved our first pallet of tiles which were amazing. We did have a few damaged but as we followed the procedure given by tilezone when receiving damages, our damaged tiles were replaced promptly.
We proceeded with buying the remaining bathroom and kitchen tiles from tilezone.
10/10 on service, price and quality of products.

I ordered my tiles from Tilezone 2 weeks ago. I opted for Next Day service. Was a bit uncertain about state of tiles upon arrival. However, they turned out to be absolutely fine. Had to postpone my delivery for 2 days. Tilezone Sales team helped me and sorted it out as per my needs. Can’t fault the service, quality or price. I found it is best to contact them on WhatsApp. Pretty much fast and instant response.

Please, please do not ignore this or other reviews. Utterly appalling company, they are totally dishonest and have zero customer service. I ordered over £700 worth of tiles and they delivered the wrong ones - they had ripped off the name from the side of the boxes to try and hide this fact. Their T&Cs are not compliant with your consumer rights but as their customer service is non existent and refuse to answer calls and emails, they have you over a barrel. Go elsewhere. Their website is snazzy but this is just a front.

DO NOT BUY FROM TILEZONE .
This is the worse company i have ever had to deal with.
They delivered me broken tiles and still haven’t got any replacements. Bathroom is not finished because of this .
They do not answer the phone or any of my emails .
Shocking customer service

Ordered from tilezone a couple of weeks ago. Product arrived damaged and unacceptable; no surprise really, given the packaging was absolutely battered.

I immediately emailed to raise concerns and was told the issue was being ‘investigated.’

Since then, I’ve been completely ghosted. No answers/responses to any emails. Clearly couldn’t give a damn.

Terrible customer service!
