Had a lovely lad called Clinton serve me. Very knowledgeable , professional service .

Avoid - their staff can’t even measure properly and give you either surplus items and then claim non - refundable. To me that is theft and incompetent behaviour. I’ve sent an email and to date they haven’t responded and I sent them another email and still waiting to hear back. I would absolutely avoid this company until their Sparkbrook branch staff are actually trained with basic maths skills!

I finally got my kitchen floor measured and went to the Oldbury store to pick up the perfect tiles only to find that they had been removed from sale I was absolutely gutted and luckily had taken a picture of the tiles so I went to the counter and spoke to SA who said they had been discontinued but let me have a look he went into the back store but there wasn’t any of the tiles there, he then made a phone call and found the tiles I wanted there was a pallet left not only did SA find the tiles I wanted but also arranged to have them delivered Yesterday morning they arrived and the driver Mac was so polite he transferred the tiles to my house All in all what a wonderful customer service and experience this was and would recommend anyone needing tiles to visit the store in Oldbury they have a vast array and the service you will receive will be above and beyond thank you Tile Plus xx

Visited Oldbury store today, we were short of some tiles. Dave was very helpful, went to the warehouse and checked thoroughly and found few boxes!!

My tiles were realy nice tiles and cheap for such a quality tile very helpful in shop in showing me colour matches for floor and walls many thanks Mike :)

No customer service whatsoever. Go to a proper tile place if you want professional service. Promised to call and confirm order delivery knowing we had people coming to do the tiles next day. Didn’t bother to call, don’t pick up phone, don’t respond to email. Proper dodgy, don’t trust them. Have taken money and won’t respond.

The team at Tile plus delivered to there word, delivery came on time and Mick & Connor put the tiles in the house where we asked. Very good services

Thanks to George I was able to resolve an issue of returning some of my left over tiles and grout.

We bought some items from tile plus and the staff there were very unhelpful and kept giving wrong advice on the return of the items.

We went back in store and was told we couldn’t return the items despite being told we could on the phone we could so we had a wasted journey and wasted petrol.

Only George was able to resolve the issue when we complained directly to him and he was so genuine and helpful. In the grand scheme of things it wasn’t a lot of money but George understood the issues we had and retained a customer again as we were sure we wouldn’t have returned.

Ordered110sqm of 120x120 tiles. When they arrived I could not check them due to the massive size. Tiler never started until at least 2 weeks later and 10 days into the job discovered 10 broken tiles. The tiles had been so well packed that it was surprising, but the courier is renowned for its poor delivery on fragile items but this isn’t the suppliers fault. Despite the fact that I had the tiles for so long before contacting Tilesplus they are sending me replacement tiles plus extra in case of breakage, even though I am certain that the tiles were broken in transit. They are not cheap tiles so I am sure the firm will be out of pocket. These tiles are for my new build home and to be frank, I was somewhat depressed on finding the broken ones, but the customer service I have received from Reise and George has been outstanding! They have restored my faith in humans and have made my Christmas. I can only give them a 5 star ⭐️ recommendation and the tiles are lovely too!
