A $200 shipping fee from Sydney to…
A $200 shipping fee from Sydney to Newcastle was an exceptionally high price to pay and the tiles finally reached Cardiff literally 6 minutes from the delivery address and after 6 dyas I spent an hour on the phone and online trying to speak to someone who could help. I was able to find someone and the tiles were delivered the next day. The process and cost were extremely disappointing.

Due to the nature of tile products, all deliveries are handled by third-party freight companies and transported on pallets, which can result in higher costs compared to standard courier services. The pricing is generally in line with pallet freight rates, even for Sydney and surrounding areas.

A few hiccups but still pleased!
I found your website a little frustrating because you still had all of the tiles out of stock in with the tiles that you have in stock so it took longer than expected to select the tiles. It would be much more user friendly if they were separated. In addition it took a little longer for the delivery of the tiles because you obviously had to get them in from another store. Also the delivery was just left in our driveway without any notification and we are always home. But overall we are very pleased with our choice of tile. Thank you

We purchased a Otti mirror cabinet and…
We purchased a Otti mirror cabinet and it was delivered fairly quickly to our regional location. We already had one from two years ago and although this was the same model, it looks the same but the timber backing of the mirror door was not splayed like the original meaning it is more difficult to open. Tilemall’s transaction was good.

Also, the returns/restocking fee is a shocker after spending thousands on tiles...
