Complete miscalculation on quantity. Went to return untouched leftover but told no refund on discontinued stock. Was not made aware of this being discontinued when purchasing.
Will not use them again

ZERO STAR IF WE HAD THIS OPTION.
Do not trust them ! They had our floor plan & sold me 17 extra of boxes! One box was completely broken! The same day we finish the job , I contacted them! Margaret ( sales) Steve (M) & emailed the owner Gino! None of cared . They are cheaters & liars. Do not deal with them .

I ordered tiles end of July via the website. Sale went through only to be notified by phone the tile I ordered was no longer available. I rang several times ( most times phone was not being picked up so left voice messages which were ignored) as well as sent emails to request for a refund. I finally got hold of Someone called Mohammed who was helpful and promised me he had processed my refund as I insisted on him completing my transaction while I waited on the phone. He confirmed this via email as well that the refund had been made and would take a couple of days. This was last week Thursday 18.08.2016. To date 24.08.2016 @ 06.48 hours, the money is yet to show on my account.

Tiles came through witb one broken box. Website said they were open on Saturdays from 9-5 however rang on e in the morning. Person on the phone had no idea about tileempire procedures. Rang 7 more times later in the day as was asked to by the first chap with no joy. Ordered two types of adhesive and received two completely different tubs than I ordered. When I asked to return the products was told I would have to pay £70. Cost of the products was £30. Rediculous.

Long and short, will NOT be using again.

Very disappointed in this company. I ordered 20 tiles online and 14 arrived damaged/broken. They said they would get back to me about replacement but never did.

In all it took 3 weeks to get the tiles I originally ordered after the original order was lost and then the wrong tiles were sent despite being given all the correct details. Adam contacted me and kept in touch, he delivered on his promise although on receipt 1 of the 9 tiles delivered was badly chipped despite being well wrapped, this could have happened at any time.

I would possibly use Tile Empire again despite the problems as they are competitively priced.

After looking on the internet for a few weeks I wasnt going to be beaten on price by any other company. I phoned the company up enquiring for 50 square metres for a white tile to go in our show room. Once I was taken through the range of tiles and prices, I placed my order with no problems, collected the tiles the same day and now our show room stands out above the rest. A big thank you to Adam, a professional and friendly service from start to finish.

ordered my tiles , took a while to come , got delivered to my neighbors who are elderly, on a pallet with just 6 small boxes of tiles on it , they came on a massive lorry. when i collected them from my neighbor , discovered they were the wrong tiles, rang tile empire straight away , no answer ,left a message , rang again and again still no answer . I rang as a customer with an enquiry about some tiles using my middle name and surprise surprise they rang me back, I told them they had sent the wrong tiles and they said that i must have ordered the wrong ones , which i know i hadn't because i had printed my receipt off and was staring at it whilst on the phone. They said they would replace my tiles with the ones i did order and i'm still waiting , no correspondence nothing i've rang and sent emails so one thing left to do is take up a dispute with pay pal which i am lucky enough to have paid for them with. Do not use this company they are phony.

After being let down by a much larger, 'reputable' tile company, we stumbled upon Tile Empire.
I rang to ensure our chosen tiles were in stock and was assured they were. I explained we had waited 3 weeks from our initial chosen supplier and had been stalled many, many times with regards to stock and delivery, and only had a week now to find stock and take delivery to ensure our bathroom was installed to schedule.
We ordered these on a Sunday afternoon, they were delivered Tuesday morning!
We found all the contacts we dealt with confident, assuring, knowledgeable, polite.....in fact, I honestly can not find 1 negative to say regarding our experience with Tile Empire!
Great prices, great service, great, great, great.

We needed 26sq M of wall tiles and 9 sq M of floor tiles and had chosen what we wanted, best price locally was £41/sqM. (Lincoln)
My wife did a search on the internet and found Tile Empire stocked the same porcelain tiles at less than half this price.
We ordered everything we needed including cement, grout and trims, online and paid by credit card, (no additional fees).
Everything was delivered on pallets the very next day and at no extra cost as my order value was over their free delivery minimum order value.
The whole process was managed by Adam, very helpful and patient, talking through everything I needed including calculating how much cement & grout needed etc.
Would highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again on my next project. Thanks especially to Adam.
