Definitely recommend Tileclick from the helpful customer service to delivery. I was unsure if the tiles were identical to the sample board ones I picked from a shop in our local area. They turned out to be the same and what was even more better, they were half the price from the local shop. My bathroom is about finished and the tiles look absolutely stunning!!

I am completely happy with the tiles, the ordering process and the delivery. The tiles are from the Marmaros range, the white marble effect tiles having white grout between, and the black tiles a dark grey grout (Ardex Cast Iron), which looks great. This brings out more the grey/white streaking in the tiles, which was my intention. Nearly everybody was telling me to put white grout between the black tiles, but I am pleased that I have gone with my own instinct!

The tiles arrived very promptly. However, when the package was opened a few days later, a few of them had the corners broken off.

I was impressed with the quality and price of the tiles, but the delivery agent used locally was confusing when they called to book in the delivery.

Despite this, would buy again next time.

First of all I received an amazing deal much much better than any other retail shop I had a look in for a similar tile. The delivery came the next day as I ordered next day delivery and ordered before 10 am. The wonderful staff were able to tell me when I should be expecting my delivery. The only small negative was that 2 of the boxes had broken tiles when I noticed them I called tile click right away and was given the relevant information and I received 2 brand new boxes a day and half later for which I was not charged any type of cost which I think is really good customer service I would defiantly Recommend them to every one looking for a good deal. I know where I will be shopping from for my kitchen tiles

I called before placing order and spoke to a friendly and helpful operative. I payed extra fro quicker delivery which arrived timely and without fault. My only potential gripe is being left with a heavy pallet but I did know this was part of the delivery so I can't complain. Tiles are good quality.

Promised to replace broken sample tile but didn't

Some tiles have stains/blotches on which means they have been thrown away! Disappointing as didn't notice until tiles dried so had to remove them and replace

after ordering my goods i was on the phone a few times about delivery but the service i received was excellent and they kept me up-to-date with info. The only thing i have to complain about was when i tried to order more of the same tiles they didn't have them in stock but got them no problem elsewhere. overall would definately do business again in the future.

Originally ordered a couple of samples from Tileclick.co.uk which were delayed in turning up. Emailed tileclick and Jeremy quickly answered my email and resolved the issue immediately. Following day samples arrived. He also answered all my questions re the tiles and stock availability as soon as any email is sent. I placed the order and as promised the Haulier called me to discuss delivery options. Tiles turned up and where exactly as promised at a great price. Cannot fault this company on anything from start to finish and will be using them again without hesitation.

I ordered the tiles as they were on special offer, they are an excellent quality and we were notified of dispatch and delivery date. They arrived on time with a very helpful courier.
