Horrible experience
Horrible experience. I was charged 3 times the price listed on the website, and when I showed her what the website said, she ignored what was clearly written and insisted that it was referring to a totally different type of treatment. By the next day, the dentist had changed the price listed on the website.
To make matters worse, the treatment plan she insisted I needed caused me significantly more pain than the original problem I was asking for her help with, and she just kept repeating that I needed to give it a few months! I couldn’t sleep I was in so much pain after following her recommendations. When I explained this and asked for a different treatment (one that has worked seemlessly for me with past dentists over the last 5 years), she would not even consider it. No alternative treatment option was considered by her. Throughout our appointments, whenever I would express concerns or try and explain the my dental issues, she would just say that what my past dentists had told me was incorrect and that she was giving me the only treatment option. She went as far as saying that her dental studies in Denmark were superior to other countries and that she was tired of me talking about other dentists…? So I’m not supposed to inform her of my past dental care and diagnosis?? Baffling. She showed zero concern to understand my past diagnosis and immediately dismissed it repeatedly. In the end, I paid thousands of kroner just to end up in more pain than I started with and with no solution to the original problem, and when I tried to explain everything and ask for another option, she just told me that I talk to much and to leave… after living in 4 different countries, this was the worst experience with a medical professional in my life.
