Sikander, the only person I have found in the area who works with Surface Pro laptops, was able to address my problem the same day I cold-called him
-- including setting me up with a new computer when he discovered, upon changing the batter on my SP laptop, that there were issues with its motherboard.
He was patient in walking me through the configuration of the new computer after hours. . . and adjusted my bill in light of the battery replacement that turned out to be insufficient.
