I ordered this two years ago and truly speaking not sure what do do with it anymore. The stand is horribly rusted with white paint chipping off and I think it is a safety issue due to that. As my purchase reached two years right now the customer service is none. They suggested to me to buy new stand which hopefully will be rust free for £950 (note the description is vague and again does not promise or guarantee that at all) definitely not suitable for outdoor use with that stand! White paint is not durable and it chips off even during first set up.

Could not be happier with my recent TiiPii bed purchase. Great for those lazy afternoon or whenever you just want to get super comfy and relax for a few hours. Amazing quality and the customer service was of the highest standard. I would highly recommend to anyone 10/10

Our family loves our TiiPii. It was a gift from my sister and we've freehung it on our verandah. Such a relaxing addition to our afternoons after school. Friendly and helpful customer service when I contacted them with a query too, thank you.

I have a beautiful holiday complex in Devon comprising of four delightful barn conversions, with an indoor swimming pool.
I ordered two Deluxe TiiPii Bed sets last year as I wanted to enhance the look and the guests facilities to make things more exciting for our guests. They can hang out in these fabulous hanging bed sets with friends and family, chilling and having fun together.

I decided to put one of the TiiPii beds free-hanging inside one of our barn conversions this winter and the response was fantastic- our guests have been so impressed. Our bookings have seen an uplift for this barn conversion as a result, which has been unexpected yet amazing.

I used the other one in our communal sheltered place so our guests could enjoy being outside, relaxing and enjoying the beauty of the Devon countryside.

They've been a truly magnificent hit with our guests . I am going to buy another two for this coming summer season. We have some weddings booked in this year and they will certainly without doubt be a highlight added to the wedding guests!

I have had nothing but positive feed back from all my guests. And I additionally think they look beautiful anywhere you put them and are pretty easy to put up and take down. They have great packing and take up little space when not in use.

Really happy with our set. The weather has been fine so not really used our cover but spent plenty of time on the bed. All arrived together quickly and no problems assembling. More space inside than we were expecting and looks great. Very happy.

This is coming across as a scam. Ordered the classic large tiipii for 499.00 on August 7, sent One email the same day that it is getting ready to be shipped. Today is August 31, and nothing. I have sent 4 emails and no replies. I want to cancel and never buy anything from this company. Big disappointment!

I can speak highly enough about this company and product. I purchased it a long time ago, and when I opened it there was a problem with one of the pieces.
This company bent over backwards to resolve the problems. They went far beyond what I expected.
The product itself is fantastic and of excellent quality.

Originally contacted them via email; advised that the item I wanted was in stock & would be despatched in 2-3 business days so ordered accordingly. Got update email 3 days later advising that despatch would be in September - so 6 weeks +. No response on phone number they provided.... waiting email back but will escalate via Paypal & American Express ASAP... total mismanagement of expectations.

I have downgraded my review because the bed is already wearing from the weather. It has started sagging in the middle. We have had it up for 5 days now, mind you, it has rained for the last 4 days, but I would think an item made for the outdoors would be able to withstand the rain.

Thank you for your response. I have noted that you do not include pillows and appreciate your response. We just put our bed up and it looks fabulous! One major issue is we can't find a round pillow the size we need to fit inside the swing bed for outdoors. Actually, we can't find it with indoor fabric either. I am disappointed because we especially purchased the bed because of how comfortable it looked with the large pillow on the bottom and the smaller pillows surrounding it. There is no information on the Tiipii site where to get pillows and I just spent 3 hours searching the web and can't find any round pillows 65" diameter or a little smaller. UGH, I have to return it as it won't work for us without a large pillow. They should have options for those that buy this product if they are not going to sell the pillows on the site.

A wonderful product! It’s fast become a favourite place to relax for the family. Also excellent customer service. Very happy and receiving lots of compliments and comments on it.

As we are living in weird times, and learning to adapt, my daughter and I are adapting to our new lives in a one bedroom apartment. In order to give her he own space, we invested in the Tiipii bed with poncho cover. We are hoping and feel this investment will last us a lifetime as the quality looks very good. Now, I of course wished I waited since you are offering 30% off.

I discovered TiiPii by accident while searching for an outdoor cover to protect a round hammock I purchased from another company.
I am absolutely thrilled with the waterproof cover from TiiPii. It’s a perfect fit, beautifully crafted, and looks gorgeous hanging from my backyard tree! My next purchase will be the TiiPii bed!

I absolutely love my TiiPii Bed. I have added it to my backyard deck and it has become my summer vacation spot. I love that my husband and I can chill out or I can go do my work in a comfortable environment while enjoying some sun. I can also block the sun as well. I added some pillows and memory foam and I am off into heaven. It is like being on a beach. Thank you for a well-designed, bug-free refuge. I have the deluxe 6-foot version. I was going to buy a cheaper model from another company but I am so glad that I did not. If I could give 10 stars I would!!

Purchased Tiipii Classic Bed Set which included, Bed, Net, White Stand & Poncho... arrived just three days later.

Positives are that the bed overall look is fabulous, looks great in the garden, extremely stylish.

Negatives so far are that the Poncho was not delivered with the rest of the items and I’ve received no notification from Tiipii as to when I can expect to receive it. The white power coated metal Stand does have some discolouration and marking especially on the Crown Area.

So all in all it looks great but close up not so great for the price paid.

I purchased my Tiipii from Cuckooland and I absolutely love it. After reading a review were someone had difficulty putting their bed together I was a little worried, however, I'm a middle aged woman and I put mine together, complete with stand in around 30 minutes after finishing a heavy night shift at the Hospital!
I love it, it's such a peaceful place.A great way to relax rest and recharge. It is expensive as a complete kit but it has truly helped me to step off a stressful world.
It is well made, there is plenty tension in the base, so very little sagging. The material is strong and has a quality feel about it. The maximum weight it can take is 40 stone...so very sturdy.
It is absolutely mine and the dogs favourite space

The tiipii bed is way better than I could have imagined. We put it up in our home as soon as we got it and it’s been our hangout spot every day. Now that it has warmed up we have it outside and it’s been so nice to relax and enjoy the fresh air but feel like I’m laying in bed. 100% recommend to ANYONE looking for a little slice of heaven!

In love!!!! I recently bought a tiipii to lounge in my backyard during lockdown. Best decision ever!!!! Absolutely love it. Gives you that resort feeling and is really well made. Delivery was fast, great customer service, arrived in 3 days. Been working on my laptop and playing some tunes. Love the white see-through net as feels like a sanctuary. One night we set up outdoor cinema and all kicked back in it. Was awesome fun!!

Unfortunately my experience with Tiipii Bed is not the best:”. In short still don’t have my goods and costumer service is close to non excising. Purchased last Sunday 5 April 2020. The website clearly stated that new stock arrived 1st week of April so though it would be dispatched on the week of the 6th April. Tried to call the number on website - no answer. Send and email from their form on their website- no answer. So in a desperate attempt I send them a DM via Instagram whit h was answered to but than again no more answeres. So I contacted PayPal to open a dispute. Suddenly an answer back on Instagram. Finally on Wednesday 8th April customer service touches base with me saying my order was processed, checked and ready for dispatch that week. Being skeptical I asked if that meant it would be send before Friday- hold and behold no it didn’t. Got another email saying sorry it won’t as due to covid warehouse has restriction and it will be send early the following week- even though he had just written saying it was ready and would be shipped! I wrote Tuesday 14 April (as Monday was Easter) and still empty promises and no goods shipped. When spending hundreds or thousands of £ with a company this is absolutely disgraceful and really appalling. The worst part, the company doesn’t even seem to care...
