Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. The product was good, but had ordered wrong size. Initial response to change them. Went down hill from there. 4 attempts at contacting the company. Zero response from them. Won't order there again.

These Thai pads will not be beaten for the price. Nice curve to them, strong straps, strong stitching. Only small down side is they could be a little softer. Other then that a seriously good purchase.
